We cannot pay you because your payment settings are incomplete

Hello, hoping someone can shed some light. 

I logged in today to see the error on my earnings page

"We cannot pay you because your payment settings are incomplete."

It states that my email address connected to paypal is invalid. I also noticed my address had reverted back to a very old address in the payment settings area. 

I have received payments to the same paypal account for many years and have never had this issue arise. 

Please help with any information you have to correct this problem.

Hi Fiona,   Please reach out to me too!  I got the same thing this morning, and when I go to check everything is complete.  I don't understand what it wants, because everything is filled in correctly - and has been.  I do not want to hit the submit button because I'm afraid this will cause a problem.  Please help!!  Thanks!!

Hi Fiona! If possible, could you also check my account? I haven´t received my payment either this month even though my payment threshold was reached. Maybe I am mistaken, but I just worry that there may be some error. Thank you:)

hello, I have the same problem. I don't understand what is wrong because apparently it is all ok as it has been for years. I don't dare to touch anything because I am afraid I create more troubles. Please Fiona can you check me too? thank you very much in advance

Hi everyone! 

There was a delay with the processing of PayPal payments which was reported by Zazzle here. The delay has now cleared, so your payment should arrive with you shortly, if it hasn't arrived already.  If this is the cause of your delay, you don't need to take any further action.  This may resolve the payment issue naturally, however, if your payment information is not complete, or if you have hit the "save" button on your payment settings screen (even if no changes were made), this could cause further delay.  For anyone who is still experiencing issues saving their payment information, or receiving their payment, please let us know.  I'm reaching out via email to those above who Fiona hasn't yet assisted.  @MoonBloom
