That means you have $2 that is eligible to be paid out. It won’t be until you either accrue the minimum for an automatic payout $50 for PayPal, $100 for a check, or specifically request a payment (Which you can do, but will be probably be charged a fee for). When you have a payment coming you will see a number in that debit column from the cutoff date (the end of each month) until the payment is issued. When it’s been paid (electronically transferred or your check is issued) that will move from the pending to cleared row.

First of all thanks for your reply, Secondly from what i understood from what you said is that the $2 is the amount of money that i am allowed to ask for payment for but that sounds strange to me, as i am going to explain my situation to u, i have about $200+ Cleared under the Credits column, so from the concept you said i should have more than only $2 as payout under the debits column but thats not the case with me i have a lot of dollars cleared but only 2 dollars in the debits, i hope you get what i am trying to explain

I think it might be the $2 “penalty” that is charged for accounts that have been inactive in a certain timeframe. I can’t remember what the time frame is but I think it is a year. By inactive they mean not posting any products in that timeframe I believe.

Or if you used $2 in cleared earnings for a purchase that would also show as a cleared debit?

If you go to your Earnings History page, the one that says "Earnings & Transactions History" at the top, it shows any debits to your account and a description of what they were for.

i did that and clicked check on the Non-Contributing Account fees in the filter but it shows nothing does that means its not the fees that been deducted from my account?

If you are looking at your Earnings Summary page (as said in your first post), the figures there are lifetime totals. So if you are seeing $2 in the Amount column for Cleared Debits, and no Pending debits, then your All debits Amount should also be $2. The Number column shows how many individual transactions added up to that dollar Amount.  So assuming it was for the "non-contributing account" fee, that would be 1 transaction (Number column) totaling $2 (Amount column).
To actually see what's what you need to look at your Earnings History page. There you will see any debits in the rightmost column, and a brief description of what the transaction was. Just need to scroll down through the history until you spot the $2.  If the debit was recently applied it should be near the top as they are listed chronologically.
It does sound like it was a "non-contributing account" fee though. As I recall, that's applied if you go 15 months without either publishing a new product or earning a referral.

Yes in the earning summary page under the debit column it says 1 (number column) cleared and $2 (amount column) but when i check all my earning history i cant find any transaction that shows $2 under the debit column in the history page. i dont know how it doesnt show in the history do you have any idea about that?

@Mohab91

The number under the debit column in your Earning Summary (in green) relates to how many total payments zazzle has sent you. If you check under your payment history - you'll see Payment ID's, these are the references of zazzle's payments - they should match up with total of that number

In short - If it's just the number 2 (and no dollar sign) it means that you have had two months cleared payments

Ah, I didn't quite understand. Indeed, I think Malissa is correct. Your account has been inactive (meaning that you have not added any product or made any referrals in a 15 month period)  and has incurred the $2 fee.  If this is the case, you may want to create something new.. that fee will continue monthly until your balance is drained..  You may also want to check on your payment method and make sure you've got everything you need, including any necessary paperwork current and correct there - as you should be eligible to be paid if you have $200 cleared.

@Malissa i think malissa is right as i sent them an email and they replied by it might be a non contributing account fees and i think i havent made a new product for a year or maybe a bit more, i think i should try to do new product. does making one product this month should cancel these fees?

From what I understand it should and should for the next 15 months, until the fee kicks back in.

I had the same question and figured out a solution for my situation. While it might not apply directly to yours, it's similar, so I thought I'd share it in case someone finds it helpful. The amount shown in the 'debits' column on the 'earning summary' page matches the amount listed on the 'payment - history' page (the last payment Zazzle made to me, which currently has a pending status). In my case (I'm from Romania, so this might vary by country), it takes some time for the payment to clear. Once the status changes from 'pending' to 'cleared,' I expect the debit amount to be removed from my earning history page. I'll check again in a few days to confirm this.
