Member profile information disappeared

To my shock I just received a notification to complete my member profile!
Half of my information just disappeared! What's this?
I did not delete all this information.
Is this new, that we have to fill out our profile every once in a while?
Will it affect store ranks?
Will it affect payments?
I'm getting completely overwhelmed with all Zazzle's surprises.
May the next surprise for a change be a good one 🙏

Sounds like spam — or an attempt to access your profile info.

It's not spam, as the content of the message was valid.
So far no new strange things. Keeping my fingers crossed 🙏

Hi, I just received a message like this in my "Notifications" and it had the Zazzle logo. When I looked at my member profile my surname was missing so I typed it in. 
Fingers crossed as this appeared in my notifications, it is a legit message from Zazzle.
