unable to view my own profile

unable to access my profile or account info, it just gives me an error page that says go back to where you were...I am trying to get into old stores that I do not have pinned, and the link to "my stores" has disappeared too

I cannot offer any insights as to why, but I can confirm that your profile is leading to a not found error. I checked some others and did not find it to be a system wide problem. 
 Edit - I tried again and it came up just fine. 

this is now affecting both my laptop (Windows) and ipad and on CHrome as well as Brave browser...
like you mentioned, it occasionally works (profile seems to be fine) and then disappears again...

I checked the profile and all stores. Everything worked.

This is probably because there's a product that has an issue, and any page that contains this product is also erroring out. I'll send this over to our engineering team for review.

@Scott I do not think that's what's happening. I have no products in any of my shops that have "issues" unless it is one created on the Z end and I'm not being notified. It's 2 days later and I am still unable to see my own profile! There have been brief moments when it reappears, but not long lasting. 
I am sure if I cannot see it, it's not appearing in the marketplace/to the public. 

It is only one of a growing number of tech glitches that have really hurt my sales! I am a ZPro Silver and it's been 3 months since I earned a payout. Some of this is my fault because I was living in places with no wifi and could not create on a regular basis. 
Please please please get someone to help! 
And please remind me of the ZPro support email

@TRW I just checked and I can see your member profile and your stores, but sadly, I noticed that the Request Error page *is* popping up for some other Zazzlers. 😞

mine has been disappearing and reappearing over the last several days
this is extremely upsetting and discouraging
