Product Links in Order History going to Oops! Page

Wondering why, when viewing Order History and clicking the link to go to the product, some of them go to pages saying product can't be found even though the product does still exist.

Examples from my Order History

131-63511076-8776248  - my card, goes to an "Oops! We can't seem to find the product you're looking for." page but card still exists.
131-88823296-6911811   - another Creator's card, goes to an "Oops! We can't seem to find the product you're looking for." page but card still exists.
131-46260493-1283360  - the socks (mine) in this order go to a "Product designed by Col's Creations is no longer available" page even though the socks still exist.
131-57204303-6346634  - one of the two mugs in this order (both mine) goes to an "Oops! We can't seem to find the product you're looking for." page but mug still exists.
131-95222341-1638834  - my tote bag, goes to an "Oops! We can't seem to find the product you're looking for." page but the bag still exists. *This one, I can see that the URL the link in the Order History goes to is different from the URL of the product page because at some point I edited the product title which changed the URL.

I'm thinking that for repeat customers, not being able to get back to a product via their order history is a problem that can cost sales, so wondering what factors (besides editing the product title) cause the Order History to think a product doesn't exist anymore?

@ColsCreations unfortunately, it sounds like the gremlins have been at work on your products. 😞
I checked my first page of orders, and I am not getting those dreaded errors.
