What does "This item is trending!" mean? I found that on the product page one of my published products

@waterart This was added to many many product pages about ... 3/4 months ago... by Zazzle. It is on so many product pages that it has little meaning if you shop around on the site. But if you come in on a link and are only looking at 1 or 2 items then it might lead a shopper to believe that the product is actually trending and that it is something they should buy.
There was a thread about it in the old forum where someone explored many many products and found that almost anything with more than 20 or so views had the "This is trending" bit with a views counter next to it on the product page. It is an interesting merchandising / advertising / promotional thing that Z seems to be trying out. Who knows if it will stick around... only time will tell.

From what I can tell, it shows up at 11 views.

I've gotten this "This item is trending" notification for products with as few as 14 views.
