I received a message asking if their cards would be shipping in “the acrylic case” and I’m sorry to say I don’t know what type of case they come in. I tried to have a look but did not see an option.

Possibly one of the out of stock cards has an acrylic case.
Interesting, just looked at the jophb post above, the review from May 25 says poker cards and shows an acrylic case. Maybe the company that provides the poker cards switched to a cardboard case since then. It's a puzzlement.

I'm actually confused too, and with the customer on this one because if you look at one of the first reviews, you get a photo and mention of an acrylic box...
