Where are my New Products??

I'm a bit confused.  I have run my Zazzle store "lippoldsafariphotos" since 2013.  I have just recently created twenty or so new products.  Obviously, it takes a while for Zazzle to be able to post them in my store.  However, these were created on June 14 and 16, and ALL of them are visible when I look in my "store management" part of my store.  But they are not visible in my store as viewed by the public.  They are not marked as hidden, and they are not awaiting approval.  Is there something I have done wrong, or is it just a waiting game?   If just waiting to see them in my store, then why are they all already visible in my store when I look under "store management".   Please help me understand the process.  I want to promote my new stuff on my facebook page, but not until the items are all visible to the public.  Thanks.

Thanks for that info, JB.  Feels better to know I'm not losing my mind (at least not due to this issue LOL).  Will wait to see what happens.  One more question.  Once the items do show up in my store, are they going to stay, or could they bounce in and out due to this indexing issue?  I only ask because it seems to me that I saw a couple of items in my public storefront a couple of days ago, and then they were gone again.

Zazzle's indexing is delayed again. Sometimes things post live in half a day, other times, multiple times through the last several months especially, it is taking 5-9 days. The things you see in store management are the products you created, and are being indexed, but something is wrong right now so it is taking longer than it should. They will show up soon. My fingers are crossed for tomorrow because I've been really busy this week and would love to see the things live.

In the meantime, you CAN pin them to pinterest and share their links, as anyone with the direct link will be able to see them, edit them and purchase them. They do show up as Pins when shared. They're just not showing live in your store or the marketplace until the indexing catches up and the problem is resolved.

Keep adding things if you have more ideas, and they will show up soon. You may also notice some things posting live out of order when it first un-glitches but it always resolves itself in a day or two when this happens. I'm hoping we wake up tomorrow to see our goodies have indexed. Its been a pretty long time this time.

So the solution in June 2022 is to pin the products to a different website because Zazzle has a MAJOR BUG that remains unresolved in September 2023. Did I choose the wrong platform🤔.

@jeremygrayson, This thread is over a year old. Indexing is currently performing normally from what I can report. I created a number of new products yesterday and they are already showing in my public storefront today. What major bug are you experiencing?

@DancingPelican I received confirmation emails that my products had posted shortly after selling them, but I was not seeing them in my store right away. A few days later they are now showing in my store. Reading more on this, I see a new product can take up to 72 hours to post to a store (which takes some of the sizzle out of Zazzle's back-end user experience). I'll have to be more patient with Zazzle's upload process.

It is now two weeks since I posted 62 products to one of my stores.

I have raised this issue with Zazzle support

Try https://www.zazzle.com/new_forest_show_2014_tractor_parade_glass-256972469918561792 and my New Forest store. Tried editing, deleting can't do anything with them
