I clicked on a few products on Facebook and the link opened to "View Details" and not the product home page. This means customers would have to click twice to view the product home page and to buy. (Click on social media + click to view details)
The customer has to decide if they want to click to "view the details of the product" or they can choose to view other designers' products that are listed below the creator's product.
This reminds me of "the game show lets make a deal" You can click to view other details of the towel set or you can be taken away to view other designers' towel sets" What does the customer choose???
So why is this update good for the creator? Why not click the link and go directly to the product-selling page?

Because you're not signed in.
Something may have changed but in my experience you only get that "view details" type page if you are following an outside link into Zazzle direct to a product page and are not signed in to a Zazzle account. Once you click the "view details" you can continue browsing to your heart's content, without signing in, and everything will be normal. You only get that on your initial entry to the zazzle domain via a product link, if you are not signed in.

My post related to WHAT A CUSTOMER SEES new customers are not signed in. Right? New customer clicks on the link on Facebook it opens to view details or view other designers' product designs NOT the product selling page.
The social media link should be a direct link to the product page (period)
Do you understand my concern now or do I have to explain further?
Pay attention to what is going on ...new customers are not signed in, they do not become members until they buy something.

You edited your reply to remove a line about me insulting your intelligence and added others.
You asked a clear question, I answered it.
If you were asking a rhetorical question to stimulate subjective discussion on the topic you should have been clearer in your post title which was the question I answered.

..I removed the "please do not insult my intelligence" after I thought about it, I understand your response to my question because you did not read my comment.
the fact that you did not read past the title speaks volumes.

I've already sort of answered this question here: https://community.zazzle.com/t5/general-zazzle-discussion/other-designs-from-this-category-is-hurtin...
I'm closing this conversation to future comments because of the direction that the conversation is headed in. @Susang6 you're welcome to ask questions, but please be a bit more kind and respectful towards those who offer ideas, information, or answers to your question(s). Participation in these forums is completely voluntary, and if you continue to reject reasonable ideas like you did with ColsCreations above then you may find that nobody is interested in helping you out in the future.
