How does one highlight older collections to fit the new criteria when they are not particularly event based? Example a collection based around travel, or featuring a decade like back to the 70's? Or collections that feature cute characters, colorful items, cats, or hobbies? Or a collection of fun tote bags? What collection type would you choose if you want to enter a collection of fun cartoon products into the contest for example? I'm just super confused I guess. I already sorted my stores into sub categories then when collections were introduced I made some because you could put similar stores into them. I didn't really keep up with collections after awhile because tbh they didn't seem to be doing much but now there are all these posts about them so I'm trying to figure out how to optimize say a collection of cat themed products, that I have to put into other because how are cats an event exactly?

This link (from Creator News) has examples of the collection types not geared towards events.
https://www.zazzle.com/creators/playbook/collection+types
- similar styles/themes: your travel, 70's retro and cat collections could go in this category. The themes are travel, 70's retro and cats. You have described your collections as being broken up into themes.
- different styles/themes: same (or similar) product but a mishmash of styles and themes. Your fun tote bags go here.
- Gifts: collections that are meant for people gift shopping for somebody who has a particular interest or hobby or something about them where a customer will type "gifts for cat lovers" into the search box (or similar). Your hobby collections could go here too and the cat one if it contains things people are likely to give as a gift.

@Jadendreamer13 If you scroll to the top right of the page you will see three dots. Click on those and there is a bookmark option.

Thank you so much for explaining this. I have had trouble sorting it out too. I was not sure if the collection had to meet all the criteria listed or just part of it. I was just using other since I was not sure about it even after reading the info over and over. I was wondering if Zazzle would give us some examples of collections that were not just paper or gift collections to help us categorize them correctly. I just happened to be going back through the threads and found this. It has helped me and I am sure others as well.
