Missing Collections

What about all of our collections we have that are not showing up in the new collections list? I have many that are not listed now, even when I type in the search field key words for them. Is this a bug that is still being worked out?

Could you provide us with a link to a Collection not appearing in your Collections list as an example so that we can take a closer look for you?

I have several Serenity Prayer Collections each with a different design, but only one of them shows up in my new Collections list. The only one that shows up is the Serenity Prayer Pink Peony Floral Collection. None of the others show up, even when I type in "Serenity Prayer" in the search field. The only way I can find any of the other Serenity Prayer Collections is if I go to one of the product pages and click "add to collection." Then that collection will pop up in a list, but I have no way to access it. When I click on the collection, nothing happens. Here is an example I am referring to.

I can see all your collections - is it possible you're trying to view from the "front end" instead of store management?

Oh, my goodness! You are so right! I've been clicking in the wrong area the whole time. So I went into the drop-down menu at the top right corner of the page underneath my picture icon and clicked on the collections link. And there came up all of the collections! Thank goodness for helpful people like you who take the time to inspect things for others who are having difficulties finding things. Thank you so much!

Yay!  Now comes the "fun" part with the collections...

if they are all set to public on the back end, they should all show up on the front end. Zazzle keeps f'ing everything up. how can we sell products that no one can see?

not all of fine are showing up on the public storefront either. I love how they make all these "enhancements" that only screw things up in the long run.

I'm having the same problem. My breast cancer awareness collections don't show up, but they exist because I can add products to them.

They should show up under collections in your profile if you can't find them in the store collections.  That's where I found mine that were missing.  They weren't showing up in my store collections because they were not activated through the migration.
