Royalties

I'm finally lost and don't understand what Zazzle is doing with Royalties.  I sold a product for $85.27 at a 10% Royalty.  That would have, in the past, produced an income to me of $8.52.  It shows a Royalty AUD of $4.68 and actually paid me $3.14.  Usually, my sales are not that big and I find myself making mere cents.  I know Zazzle said they were taking an additional 5% of our sales for "marketing".  I haven't seen any.  Have people increased their Royalty to compensate for Zazzle taking more?

I did a graph showing my sales trend but don't see a way to attach it.

Are you aware of the new rules that came into effect on April 1, 2025? Z can keep between 35% and 50% of your royalties, depending on the product and the marketing fee. Not 5%—that is for excess royalties, which in your case does not apply because you did not exceed it.
