Baby Shower Custom Sign

Good afternoon all! I have a customer who wants a Baby Shower sign to coordinate with a shower invitation that she recently purchased from me on Z. The shower is October 11th so my first question is will it arrive on time if she purchases it today or tomorrow and question 2 if it won't arrive in time, the Value Poster 26.15" x 34.87 would be an option for her to purchase as a digital file or what are options for a digital file? I apologize if I'm not making sense, I would hate for her to have a problem. I know she can select what poster size she wants, what would be the best size to make the sign? Can I make it as a foam board and she can then select the poster if she wants to purchase the digital file? I apologize again for my confusing explanation. I appreciate your time.

@homespuncottage  It says on the product page the estimated ship time as each product comes from different suppliers so you could check and see which product/ supplier would ship the quickest (though nothing is guaranteed with shipment delays)

You could transfer the design over to the poster for digital download - that gives her the pdf to print at home (not sure if she can only purchase just the digital version without having to buy the poster as well) Her external print shop would then print it for her at what aspect ratio the pdf is (not sure - but I imagine so)

You can make a foam board - nothing stopping you 

Transfer it to all off the products! (yard sign/poster/foam board/banner)
