I have been creating a form for small aesthetic business as a client intake to verify that people know about the procedure to be performed and give their consent to proceed, the template asks about allergies that the person may have, but when I publish it zazzle tells me that it can not be General classification that I must put it in PG13, this limits the exposure of my product in the marketplace, I already requested a review but still no response, has anyone happened? how can I solve and ensure that my product will be displayed in the marketplace?
