@Scott @James Is there a place where I can find the PSD template/guide file for the All-In-One Invite? If not, then I'll just use the dimension information, but a guide file with the exact shape trim areas would be nice. Is it there somewhere? I didn't find it in the Guide section.

From inside the design tool, click Help, then Guidelines. Then you'll see the link to click to download the guide file as .PDF. Note that the guide file is only for the layer you're on so you have to do it for each layer you want a gf for.
Lots of products on Zazzle have this, some don't. Of the ones that do have it, some are more useful then others.

Did you check the Adobe Design to Print plugin for Photoshop? It may have a template that you can use.

The Adobe Design to Print plugin is free (get it on Adobe’s website). It was created just for Zazzle. It works far superior than just using the templates on Zazzle’s design tool (in my opinion, of course).

When I have tried using Adobe Design to Print all the way to Publish (and I just tried again now to see if anything has changed) , the result in the Design Tool is one flattened image. It doesn't matter if I choose "object layer upload" or "flattened image upload" - I just get a flattened image named "Group #x.png". If I remove the individual layers from the group in Photoshop before Publishing to Z, the 'object layer upload' option is grayed-out, all I can choose is the flattened image upload option and I again just get a single flattened image with a long string of numbers & letters as the layer name in the Design Tool.
I don't know if this is how it's supposed to work or if there is something wrong with me or my computer, but because I can't get anything besides a flattened image (that I can't even choose a name for) out of it, I've never used it to publish anything. I've used it once or twice for its ability to test/preview a design right in Photoshop before manually saving & uploading all the individual parts to it but that's it. I would love to know how you all are using it.

There is a help section in Design to Print and it offers a downloadable manual/help file. For best results, read the manual carefully. If you don’t follow the directions for publishing object-level designs exactly, you will get the flattened art that you have experienced.
Essentially, you have to create a folder for each item that you want to post as an individual png. And each folder name needs to have a carrot at the beginning and end of the folder name. For example: place a Floral Artwork layer inside a folder named <Floral Artwork>
Create a separate layer—placed inside its own folder—for each item you want to import into the design tool. You must place a carrot at the beginning and end of each folder name.
If you hit the Publish button, and the Object-Level button is grayed out, it’s telling you that you made a mistake. Either a layer is not contained inside a separate folder, or you forgot to add the carrots on the folder name.
It takes a while to get into the groove, but it’s an awesome tool that makes designing products much easier.
It’s definitely worth the effort to learn how to use it.

I couldn't find a Help section but after looking around more this morning found that after you hit Publish, then there's a "click here for more info" link that downloads a "Getting Started" .pdf guide.
Having to to have each individual image I might want to use stored in its own folder sounded like an organizational nightmare and not something I would be willing to do. But I see now you are talking about Layer Groups in Photoshop, NOT folders on your computer. So whew! that's totally workable. It just means that each Group in PS is flattened into its own composite .png layer in the Design Tool so any element you want to be its own editable layer in the Design Tool after upload needs to be the only thing in its Group in Photoshop. And importantly, it's the Group name, not the image name inside it, that ends up as the name on Zazzle. So if you've got say "SquareTransTulip300XL.png" but name its Group just "Tulip", on Zazzle's end the layer/image is just "Tulip.png". That's actually really handy as you can give your images more user-friendly names for customers who might enter the Design Tool without actually having to rename them on your end. (Carets are only needed if you want that Group to be be treated as template object.)
The drawback I see is that - when designing via the Design Tool, we can have say BackgroundPatternA.png in our image gallery and use that one image over and over on multiple designs/products. But if you're designing via ADTP instead, everything is uploaded as a new image so you could end up with dozens of copies of the same image (that you've given different names to) cluttering up your My Images. That could get real messy real quick. I'd have to make a habit of going into My Images after publishing to delete all the images I know I already have a "master copy" of in my gallery.
Anyhows, thank you for cluing me in to how this actually works, I can see myself using this quite a bit now. 🙂
Oh, and one question if you will: When designing via the Design Tool, we get the little yellow warning symbol if we make an image larger than would print well. Is there any such warning within ADTP or do we just have to wing it?

There is no yellow warning in ADTP, but if an item is too large you can scale it in the Zazzle design tool. Yes, using ADTP does create a lot of duplicate images in your saved images file; I just go in and delete the extra copies from time to time. And, technically, you can place more than one image in a folder (background a, b, c, etc.), you simply hide all the items except the one you want to display in the Zazzle design tool. For organization, I create an entire suite of products in one Photoshop file. For example, today I’m designing 8 golf ball markers in similar styles in one Photoshop file. Then I show the folders for one product and hide the rest.
It really is a game changer for Photoshop users.

It is a fair bit of a project to take it all the way to publish so I stop just short of that and save the design it has helped me create and upload it myself. Its' primary utility is helping me design inside guidelines and letting me see a preview so I figure once that's done, going the extra 5 steps (or so) to have it upload isn't worth it.

Yeah, that's the only way I'd used it before too- for the guidelines and previews to help me see I made my images the right proportions for the design area. Then I'd manually upload the parts and re-create the design using the Design Tool. But now that I understand how to publish without things being flattened into one single image, and that I can choose the name that appears in the Design Tool, I'm all on board for ADTP now 😉

Can anyone who reads this posting share how I can import the design guide into Photoshop and be able to fill the two outer edges of the shape without filling the center part? In other words, fill in the areas between the red solid line and green dash lines? If the green line was solid instead of dashed, I could fill it. I'm not a Photoshop expert, but I'm not a novice either. Does anyone have an idea of a way to do this with the template? I can't add the Photoshop plugin because I'm it isn't compatible with the latest version of Photoshop. TIA!
