How do I ungroup a product as I see some of my products there are about 20 grouped together. I would like to have some of them grouped together but not all of them.

Hi. I am new too but I think I can answer your question. Do you want to remove items from a collection to split them up? If so, then in the collection when you look at the product you want to remove you will see 4 dots on the top right. You click on that. The last one says remove from collection. I hope this helps. I believe you can delete it from the products page too but I think this is the easiest way.

This is a "group," not a collection. I know of no way to remove products from a group, nor for that matter, any way to dissolve a group.

Thanks Barbara for clarifying that for me. I understand now about the grouping. I wasn't sure that is why I was asking her if it was a collection. No one else had responded yet. I usually look to see what someone else says. I decided I would try to answer it. I am sure I will get better at it.

I had one item that wouldn't group because a shape I'd used was a slightly different size in one (not due to me, it changed after it was published for some reason). So you could use stuff like that to your advantage. Change things just slightly in each batch to stop them grouping. Renaming text templates can help avoid grouping too.

I wasn't sure if I understood the question so I am glad someone else was able to answer it for you.

When you send a grouping request, there is a space to add an optional comment. Maybe you could select several of the grouped products in your back end, select Group Products from the Actions menu, and specify that you would like them removed from their group?

Now I'm wondering if you were referring to a group or a collection. If it's a collection, eclecticrose gave you a good way to deal with it. If it's a group, then I kind of doubt anything will work. Why? Because grouping is done automatically and because, when I tried to get help with a couple different groups, there was no response at all. I think Zazzle just lets the algorithm do its thing.

No I meant a group not the collections. So far i have contacted zazzle to see if they can help with my question but you could be right so far I can't find an option to ungroup with the grouping being automatic.
