Hello, I'm looking for an image demo that can go with a 224 cm by 264 cm wall hanging. For 6 hours now I've been trying to add an image that fills the hanging, but I've never been able to.

Could someone please send me a matching image so that I can figure out how to finally create my hanging!

I've tried everything and the help on the site hasn't helped.

Thank you so much!

@gwenif you have photoshop or affinity/gimp etc - just create a new one that size (ie create new artwork)

If you're trying to upscale an AI render (ie midjourney etc) - I have no idea

An image like this doesn't work why?
= 6000 x 5000 Pixel
= 508 x 423.33 mm
= 300 dpi

you need something even bigger?

Go into the design tool on the wall hanging and scroll down to the Help icon on the left side panel. It will take you to a downloadable PDF template of the correct dimensions.

Thank you for your help
I don 't have a PDF but some examples, and my enlarged image is well between the green lines... a total misunderstanding.

@gwenI've just tested a 10000 x 12000 (150 dpi) on the very largest wall hanging (Extra-Large (88"x104") which doesn't give any errors. If you then choose the large wall hanging from the product drop down - it scales down again with no errors

If it can do the XL it will easily do the L

I couldn't find a downloadable pdf template file with the sizes needed in the wall hanging help files @KeegansCreation perhaps they've not attached one yet?  But thanks for the heads up - I was today years old when I found that you could find them there (if they are there)

I create them as vector files in Illustrator and then export them as png files.
