New Wedding Guest Books Are Broken

What is going on with the new guest books?

Style: 9" x 6" Guestbook

The old ones were discontinued. Existing Guest Books were not migrated. So all guest books were just hidden.  

More importantly, the design tool appears to be broken. Photos pop up to the top left corner instead of staying where designed.

Please don't say you'll pass it on and then do nothing about it. I have reported multiple serious problems that are affecting my ability to work and make money for Zazzle and myself, but nothing has been fixed. Thank you in advance.

Sorry to hear about these issues.

I was able to replicate the issue with the designs not being migrated to the new sizes. I have reported this to our team. I am unable to resolve the issue myself, as I am a moderator and not an engineer, but once I get an update I'll let you know.

Regarding the image shrinking and moving to the top left corner, can you provide details on how this happens? I have not been able to replicate this on my end.

Hi @Mark ,

I created a mask for it. After centering the rectangle shape and the photo, I clicked "mask", and then it popped to the upper corner.
