Problems with Plaque Orientation

This has been going on for months but I'm wondering when are the plaque orientation going to be fixed.  I have several plaques which were created in the horizontal position and they continue to be oriented in the vertical position. They were originally featured in the position they were created but it seems that when Zazzle did a makeover of the Insitu feature that some of them went wanky.   It's just very poor marketing.  Not all of them have this problem but here are some examples.

I checked your examples in the design tool.  Your problem is that you didn't select the correct orientation.  On the left, where it says "Design Placement", you'll see a cogged wheel.  Click that.  It brings up on the right your choice of horizontal or vertical orientation.  You designed and published your plaques on the vertical.  They won't/don't autorotate.  It's a pity because your plaques are lovely and have many views, but you'll need to redo them.

When this series of plaques were made there was no "wheel" of orientation.  You just selected the view you wanted the image to show (vertical or horizontal) and it displayed as such.  It was only when the Insitu view was changed that the horizontal placement was removed.  All of my plaques that were made from 2017 are all made correctly according to the "wheel" position in the upgraded design tool.

I guess if it's to be this way, this would be an ideal case in point for the ability to "edit" products without losing the views and sales and it's placement in the marketplace
