Where do I find a list of the products available on zazzle. Along with the dimensions/templates for each of them. For example, if I am creating artwork for a shower curtain. What are the dimensions and minimum resolution needed for the artwork I am uploading.

You can find some helpful notes here:

They don't come with templates, that is what we as creators do. Unless you are customer in which case, let us assist you or search for existing templates that may suit your needs.

It's fairly easy to figure out the image dimensions for a product. In the product description, the dimensions in inches are given. Say it's a notebook. Scroll down to "About this Product" where you'll see it's 5.5" wide and 8.5" high. Most of us design using 300 ppi (300 pixels per inch), and by multiplying the width by 300 and the height by 300, we can create an image that fits perfectly if we make it 1650 pixels wide by 2550 pixels high.
However, if you make your images larger, you can fit them to a wider variety of sizes. I generally make the dimensions of my rectangular images at least 4000 pixels by 3000 pixels, and anything square or circular, a minimum of 3000 pixels square. The larger your original image, the larger the product it can be placed on.
You don't have to make an image specifically designed for a specific product. I've used some extremely large images on business cards because Zazzle easily reduces the size for us. If the shape isn't quite what we want, we can use the crop tool to adjust it.
