Quick Create Design only visible on the last product

Hi 

I hope someone can help me with this issue. A week ago, I created a template for the quick create option. I took almost 3 days for the products to appear in the template. Now I have the problem that when I upload a new design it's only visible on the last product... Does someone have the same issue? Or has any idea how to solve it?

Yes, I have been having this problem for months, the images do not 'switch'. They look in our view when processing like they switched, and they look in 'saved view' like they switched but when Zazzle published them ...they're NOT switched. I reported the issue at the time I first noticed it but found it hard trying to communicate the nature of the problem.

My work around now is to hand select every single product to 'customize' BEFORE I hit 'sell'. This appears to be the only way to ensure the templates publish properly.

I am assuming this issue only presents when you have multiple template fields, specifically more than 1 image template field.

Did you contact zazzle support because of this problem? I really do not want to customize every product... I have around 30-40 products in my template. I just contacted zazzle support and will let you know what they think. I really hope they have a solution to this problem.

I did. Some of my qc's have more products than you mention, and presently I am waiting for approx 55 pages to 'publish'. It is indeed a lot of work, so yes, I hope they are able to fix this.

@CreativeDesigns  I thought they stopped supporting QC years back.

stopped supporting it how? It's still in use.

I recall, a long time ago we were told that the QC would not be "supported" any longer. That's all I know. I just assumed that meant it was not a priority for fix issues if they would arise. *shrug*

I hadn't seen this and it perhaps explains the bug in the system.

Zazzle Support told me this: Unfortunately, there is no date that we can tell you when the function should work properly again. Therefore, as mentioned, please use the alternative function to publish your designs.

it works now, i added all the products to the "new products" template. Also the support told me that it takes 5-7 days until the products finally show up
