What I would like to accomplish and I have seen artists do this on the platform, is to have text where the customer can edit the color. I may need an SVG Open Type Font to accomplish this. If this is your design, I have no intention of copying, I am just using it as an example of the technique. See how the colors can be easily changed by the customer?

I have looked for Photoshop and Illustrator tutorials to accomplish this. If anyone can give me guidance, I would appreciate it. Thanks so much!

Zazzle template text can always be changed in color by the customer, within the design tool of course... The swooshy "Save the Date" and "and" on your example are static images saved as .SVG files. They are no longer editable text. To accomplish it in Illustrator you Type out your text using the text tool, when it looks the way you'd like it to, select the text, go to the "Type" menu and select "create outlines" - this converts it from editable text to a vector image. You can then save it as an .svg file.
