Tiling on Wrapping Paper Problem

When I try to tile an image on gift wrap it is not an all over tile but seems to be tiling in rectangles instead.

What 'Design Placement' in the design tool did you use? 'Tile' or 'Horizontal'? If I transfer your image to wrapping paper and use the 'Horizontal' placement option in the design tool, it tiles just fine.

It looks like you want to have it 'Half Brick' tiled? Scale the image down first to a way smaller size, then have the 'Design Placement' set on 'Horizontal', and then choose the 'Half Brick' under tiling.

Hope this helps 🙂

When you choose Design placement =  Tile, the entire design area becomes one 6 inch tile that is repeated as a 6x5 grid totaling a 36" x 30" design which is then itself tiled horizontally to make whichever roll length the customer orders.

Tile Placement - Wrapping Paper

Your screenshot shows the 6x5 grid so if that is not the effect you were after, try the Design placement = Horizontal in which case the design area represents the entire 36" x 30"  design.

I didn't choose an orientation. Never had to do that before. But thanks for the solution.
