Sell more postcards by making cards a collector wants to buy.
I wrote up some ideas for Zazzlers who want to create better postcards. I have learned a small amount about this, by browsing postcard collector sites. I will add to the page as my knowledge grows, but for now, you can read a few basic tips here.

Windy, you did a really nice job!
I'm partial to doing postcards, playing around with them off and on for 8 years, looking for niches and finding them only occasionally. One of them seems to be people who live in a specific place or are nostalgic about that place. For instance, I live just outside the capital of New York State and have sold my photo postcards to just enough customers that aren't in my area to think nostalgia is playing a decent role. Another niche seems to be specific objects or activities such as stained glass, specific antiques, etc. Lighthouses are quite the contenders.
But yes, really good photography trumps all. 🙂

Thank you! My hope is that I will continue posting to this blog weekly or so over the next few years. And I want to make some more pages specifically for Zazzlers who want to create more product, so I will be incorporating your ideas for sure!

There's a problem. Earlier, I tried to go to your blog while on my husband's computer, but Firefox said it was unsafe. I'm on my own computer now and Kaspersky anti-virus popped up with this:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Visiting an untrustworthy website has been prevented
One or more of this website's certificates are invalid, so we can't guarantee its authenticity. This happens when the website's owner hasn't updated the certificate in time, or if it's a fake site created by scammers. Visiting a website like this makes you more vulnerable to attack.
You were protected from visiting this website by Kaspersky security. You can close this window with no risk.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Those certificates are likely something that blogspot has done or hasn't done, not something that you've done.

Thank you! Maybe I put the link wrong in my sig. I get the notice too! But not if I just type the address in. I will check into this.

It's the "/p/" in the address. Remove it and all is well.
