We’re continuing to test Cross-Sell Collections in onsite search pages to make it easier for customers to discover your products. We’re looking for more participation in activating Cover Collection Images in search pages from our Creators to help test its effectiveness!
The following Cross- Sell Event Type Collections will be included in this test:
- Graduation
- Wedding
- Baby Shower
- Bachelor Party
- Bachelorette Party
- Back to School
- Birth Announcement
- Birthday - Adult
- Birthday - Kid’s
- Birthday - Quinceañera
- Bridal Shower
- Gender Reveal
- Holiday - Halloween
- Holiday - Hanukkah
- Holiday - New Year’s
- Holiday - Thanksgiving Day
- Holiday - Christmas
For guidance on enabling this feature, refer to our how-to video, below. We strongly urge Creators to ensure accurate activation of this feature to showcase your Collection effectively. For example, we highly recommend your Cover Collection Image to showcase a variety of different products that are within the Collection so customers get a glimpse into what you have to offer. Showcasing only 1 product or products not related to your Cover Collection Image can cause confusion throughout the customer experience.
To activate Search Pages for Collections, please follow these steps:
1. A. Make sure you have a Cover Collection Image uploaded to Media Manager that showcases a variety of different products in your Collection. Example: Wedding invitation, details card, and RSVP card.
1. B. Or, you can enable “Collection RealViews™” if available for your collections.
3. Next, choose only the products highlighted in your Collection Cover Image to activate the "Search Pages" feature. This will make the Cover Collection Image appear in search results specifically for those selected products.
