Now, we’re introducing the ability to incorporate videos into your Collection Media Manager section. Why? Because it’s a game-changer that allows you to effortlessly showcase the variety of products within your Collections. You’re no longer limited to stunning pictures; you can now engage your customers like never before with captivating videos!
Take a moment to explore what some fellow Creators have already created. We’re loving how they are merchandising their collections to customers! The possibilities are truly boundless.

Where will customers see my Collection Media content?
For Cross-Sell Collections, you may have seen the new visual experience to customers on your product pages if you have a Media Manager image or video uploaded. An image or video that is positioned in the first “slot” in Media Manager will be showcased on the product page. See the example below. At this time, this experience will show for cross-sell collections only, but we will extend our features to other collection types soon. To fill the full CGC slots on the product page, we encourage uploading videos with a 1:1 aspect ratio. Content repurposed from TikTok, Reels, and Stories are all 9:16.
With the Holiday Season just around the corner, this presents an incredible opportunity to curate new Collections with eye-catching content. It’s a chance to show customers the exciting product pairings they can explore and purchase. Imagine a customer shopping for holiday cards discovering fun alternative products that perfectly complement each other such as holiday ink stamps, envelopes, stickers, and more. Our merchandising team will be on the lookout for these types of collections to feature in various ways!
This experience is still in an A/B test right now, so don’t worry if you can’t see it just yet. We will unleash it sitewide, soon.
