To complete our store profiles we're required to add a minimum of 10 images or (videos) to the Media section that appears on our store Home and About pages. When someone is viewing the page they see five square thumbnail images, except the one in the first/top position isn't displayed as square, instead it's treated as a banner image that's twice the width of the square images below it. It's a weird cropping situation that results in an ugly display.
I have created a .psd template you can use to make an image that will properly fill that space. I just published a blog post about it but don't feel like copying & pasting the links and images from there to here so am just linking to the post which also contains the link to download my template. It's totally free, no subscriptions or memberships etc required.

Yes. Just click the "Manage Media" from the section on your store Home page, then Edit. Drag & drop to re-order your items. Click Done. So just put the banner image in first position.
