Hello Kenneth,
If you want to get ideas to grow your shop, read the forum sections, read the posts, that's where you will find the best answers. You are asking questions that have been asked by many others over time, that's why I suggest that you do some reading on the forums, it really will help you.
There's plenty of helpful info in the tips and tricks section, take the time to read and implement what's useful to you---
https://community.zazzle.com/t5/share-your-tips-tricks/bd-p/stips.
and also read the tips and trendz section---

Put the effort into reading the forum posts , continue to learn in order to grow and improve your shop, it takes time and lots of effort. Above anything else tho, it's about meeting the customers needs....Do that and the views will happen.

I took a quick look at the capkin store.  The first thing I noticed is that your banner is cut off on both sides.  My second thought was how are sales from this store going to help.  As a shopper that supports causes from time to time, I want to know the how it works part so I can be sure my purchase is actually going to help.  That would probably need to be done off the Z website by providing a link to another website or blog.

In looking at a few products there are a few things I noticed... your you tuber, facebook and google products violate their copyrights.  Those products will get removed once someone tries to buy them.  Your titles are ok.  Your descriptions make great ads but barely speak to the design on the product, if at all.  They are more a selling point for the product itself regardless of the design.  The description should describe the design, at least in part.  Your tags need a lot of work, no offense.  They too should describe the design and design elements.  They should also reflect the design.  I stumbled upon a tie that had the glitter warning because you tagged it with the word glitter, yet their are no glitter effects in the design.  The more accurate the title, description and tags are to the design, the more likely you are to capture sales.  Otherwise if some searched a tie with glitter and saw the tie you tagged with glitter, they would pass right over it because it does not have glitter effects/graphics.

You have some nice designs, but you also have some that appear to be the header of the store that are cut off on the product.  Something like that is never going to sell and if someone sees it, they will think less of your store and your cause.

I did not check to see if your text are templates... or if you are allowing people to add their name to products... but you should consider doing so as Z is the home for customizable gifts.

Thats all I have time for right now.  Hope I don;t seem to be coming across as harsh.  Quite a few folks pop in here and ask the same thing as you.  See if you can find some of their posts as most of the feedback given to them should benefit you too.

Best of luck,

PC
