To anyone in Zazzle:
I submitted my updated W8- BEN form about 9 days ago to the following email: zazzle-w8@zazzle.com, I did it because I wasn´t sure if the validity of the previous one ( It was sent in november 2023) was 2 or 3 years. I haven´t got any response at all besides the auto response, which stated "With the current pandemic, we unfortunately have a very reduced number of team members to assist with processing these requests. Please expect a 2-4 week delay for review/reply."
Which pandemic?????... So I sent an email to zazzle support a day ago and not even an auto response from them.
So please, I would like to know the status of my W8- BEN form and when my issued payment will take place. I will appreciate an assertive answer and solution.
