Ambassador Program and link to a collection

The issue I have is I am creating links to a collection and I include my affiliate key. These I then use on Pintrest video pins

But the link to a collection with my affilaite key does not work. The link only works when I dont add my affiliate key. So I have to remove my affliliate number and if I get a sale I will not get the affiliate commission ???

In all the is holy what fresh pain is this. I created videos on pintrest and they link to nothing except a pile of Zazzle garbage unless i dont claim the affiliate commission ?????

Why oh why are Zazzle so loathe to test their system ? Do they want people to fail ? or is this a way not to pay the affilaite commission ?

Could someone pleae let me know how I can get a link to a collection and includes my affilate number (key) and it works  ?
