Hi there, I'm happy to give some advice.

Let's start with what people see if they visit your store.

ISDGallery above the cut.JPG

Your banner image has text that is being cut off at the top right, and hidden by the profile picture on the left, which can give an unprofessional look. If you want help placing items in a way that won't be obscured on small and large screen sizes, I have a template for sale on Ko-Fi: https://ko-fi.com/s/60d523c87e

Secondly, regarding the text on the banner to the right. It says your objective is streaming the advertising and sales of ISD Apparel and products. This sentence doesn't make sense to me, and it isn't really helpful to a customer. If you must write an objective, I would make it an objective that SERVES the customer. Eg saying you provide high quality sportswear for [target audience].

Thirdly, your profile picture. The logo is nice, but the tiny text to the bottom right is completely unreadable even on a widescreen monitor. I would remove that little text.

I hope this points are helpful!

Thanks Jessica. My store is alawys a work in progress because of my busy schedule. Eventually I will address all the issues you have pointed out.

Strong branding - which is good.

However success will likely depend on being able to market that brand to the right people, as it might not fit well with Zazzle's organic market (female, home makers, wedding stationery)

Thanks for your feedback. As my brand continues to gain steam, it will begin to prosper on any platform because of it's popularity. Zazzle may not be the correct platform right now, but I'm betting on me that it will some day.

I agree with @JessicaAmber on the banner info text. That is not mobile friendly and therefore I would replace that with imagery. I suggest you test your banner on a mobile phone so you can see where the graphics appear in relation to your Avatar. Here's a photo to help you get started.

I looked on pixels . com and saw your B&W picture working hard on a painting, cool headphones on, trendy cap on - and totally in the zone.... and I love that, maybe you can incorporate that into your banner. It says a lot about you and shows hard work and dedication... Don't forget to include your social media links... it gives a type social proof hard to find with anything else.

About info: "If you are a fan when it comes to sporting a certain type or brand and like turning heads" sounds a bit too much like sales talk. This your chance to let customers know who you are - maybe tell your story here and not more corporate speak. Where you are from, how you started, what inspires you, what's your story?

I love the way the collections are clean and well organised. Don't forget you can also use the categories too. Maybe you can use categories for 'Gifts for Men', 'Gifts for Women' and 'Gifts for Boys' - girls. etc.

Although I test on my pc and my phone, a lot of the more detailed designs are far too small to see in the thumbnail. I think therefore, that those will be skimmed over in search results. People won't be bothered to read the titles, and you will miss a sale.  I would rethink the thumbnails to get the designs much larger so they can be seen in a thumbnail.

You are selling your brand through Zazzle that's very interesting. I have seen this type of shop using Printful and indeed managing to push that brand through social media shots and a great Instagram/TikTok following. But without that you may run into difficulty. With the current changes to Zazzle it may be that you will lose a lot to 3rd party sales, simply because (from what I have read on here) you don't get Zazzle commission for bringing in repeat referral link customers. That is the motivation for building a brand - is it not?

Zazzle customers are looking for personalised  items for Weddings, Birthdays, Gifts, Business. The customers expect to pay a premium for personalised one-off POD. Your not selling personalisation. Maybe, going forward you could offer some editable texts and photo/logo templates on your products, just to keep the personalisation features of Zazzle (which is their unique attraction) first and foremost. Maybe once a great personalised but branded T has been bought - you never know - they may buy more from your store.

I Love the Avatar and Branding.
Wishing you the best with your store.

Thanks Andrea for your feedback. Much appreciated. As the artist and owner of my own brand, Incomparable Sports Design LLC, I know it may come off a little awkward to many who aren't familiar with my online company. I do speak in a corporate sense when selling my merch or products because I am selling a brand not so much me as the artist.

I know you pointed out a few flaws in my presentation which I appreciate it tremendously. Banner, unreadable words, etc. All good observations

There is definitely a lot more things I have to do to my store. The banner actually is something I threw up there as a starting point. It is not my finalized banner.

I will follow up with more of a reply a little later.

Thanks again.

HI,
I've read your comments here and looked at your store a couple of times and am confused as to what the goal is and who your target audience is.

"Incomparable Sports Design was established in 2017. Our objective is to sell ISD merch using several print on demand sites."

Most of your shirts I looked at prominently feature the ISD name or logo.

ColsCreations_0-1754153037951.png

So my question is, what is ISD and why do I want to be advertising the company on my shirt?

Why would a shopper browsing the marketplace pick this shirt over one that just has the "we salute our fallen" message on it? Is your target audience employees of ISD? Why does a random shopper want ISD merch?

These are your tags on this shirt:
clothing, tops, shirts, clothes, apparel, men, t shirts, usa, shoes
Those aren't going to get you seen at all. But without understanding what your goal is, who your target audience is, I can't suggest ways to improve them.

Thanks for your feedback. As the artist and owner of my own brand, ISD, Incomparable Sports Design, I'm obviously going to promote and sell my own products just like any other brand would. I get it, ppl are not familiar with my brand so it seems confusing.

Brands are what sells the product when it comes to a business name.

My target audience is sports minded individuals who love sports. That incudes all ages and genders. It centers around positive affirmations, a will to win, and inspiration of all kind.

One way to get your name out there is you have to get ppl used to seeing it quite often until it grows on them. How would you get to know a company if you don't see anything about it?
