Attention all Zazzle t-shirt designers!

Attention all Zazzle t-shirt designers. I just came across a website selling about 20 of my t-shirt designs without my permission. They are printing and selling these t-shirts / sweatshirts / hoodies directly from their website. The website is www.heatherprinting.com. I recommend designers check the site to see if their designs have been stolen.

I found mine on there recently too @AARONG and I've sent them Cease and Desist letters and also phoned but they haven't taken them down. We may have to do something serious about this one soon.

Good Idea @idraw. I just messaged UNICEF, Disney, Sesame Street and Peanuts to inform them that their names and Logos are being used on products at heatherprinting.com.

WOW, I just reported quite a number of clothing items with my designs on them. It's sickening to see my few best selling tee shirt designs on all their clothing products. 😠 We'll see what happens.

By the looks of some of the designs, looks like they might be taking from RedBubble, too?

Grrr! Found some of my designs there as well. I sent an email to "Shoplazza" the e-commerce platform they are using. Don't know if that will do anything or not.

Ooh wow.  Zumba is a trademark.  I found that one out by having a cute little Panda design exercising and I named it Zumba Panda and Redbubble took it down in less than 24 hours.  That was my mistake I thought it was a style of exercise not a brand name but I learned fast.   I also see Bills mafia.  Messing with the NFL will get them in some big trouble.  I'm still looking for any of mine but they apparently don't care about copyrights or trademarks.  I'm also seeing Scooby Doo which I know has a licensed Zazzle store.

Yep - found a lot of mine too.  So discouraging!

Great news! I just checked the heatherprinting.com website tonight and apparently @idraw 's idea to contact the 'big guys' brought the desired results! All my artwork is down from the site and Disney, Peanuts and Sesame Street have likewise have disappeared.

Sadly, they'll probably pop up again somewhere else, but at least for now we've thrown a wrench in the works.

Thanks for letting us know @Baylee . I didn't expect results that quickly but when I just checked I see mine are all gone. Yes, I agree that @idraw's suggestion may have helped us little guys too.
