I’ve been adjusting my royalties and noticed something puzzling—perhaps others have encountered this too? When setting prices, I found that my regular folded greeting cards are pricing correctly at $4.17 with a 14.9% royalty. However, when I apply the same royalty (even going as high as 50%) to my Holiday Cards and Thank You Cards—which use the same paper type—the price still won’t go above $4.00.This seems inconsistent, especially since these are all folded cards, just in different categories. Has anyone else seen this? Is there a different base price for seasonal or occasion-specific cards behind the scenes?

I do a periodical search online of my products by searching the image. This way I can see who might be using my images. I found this one being used on China Daily Online. I never thought of cross-referring this Thank You card as a Thanksgiving card! I think I'll try it this year (grins).😂 Biz Regards Funny Greeting Cards

I cut this section out of the terms of agreement effective 4/1/25. This sounds like it's saying that if you use their hashtags in any way, they can do whatever they want with your product. They basically own your designs! I am wide open to being wrong in my interpretation. Does this also apply to the use of these hashtags before 4/1/24? "In addition to the rights you grant to Zazzle in this User Agreement and in the Creator License Agreement you agree that your use of any variation of the hashtag(s) #MakeZamazing, #ZazzleShowandTell and/or #ZazzleMade in your social media post(s) grants Zazzle the right and license to use that social media post and its contents in any of Zazzle's social media channels, on the Site, and on affiliate channels." "For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which you hereby acknowledge, by uploading, posting, e-mailing or otherwise marking Tagged Media for use by Zazzle, its social media account(s) and/or the Site, you grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to Zazzle an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, telecast, copy, perform, display, reproduce, edit, distribute, copy, change, modify, add to, subtract from and otherwise exploit the Tagged Media, or any portion thereof, in any manner (including without limitation promotional and advertising purposes) and in any media now known or hereafter devised, and to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, such Tagged Media, and to grant and authorize sublicenses of the foregoing without any compensation to you or to any third party."

I'm feeling like there might be light at the end of the tunnel....hmmmm or is that a train?? But seriously, I've noticed a few things lately that give cause for hope. Firstly, I see that our product pages FINALLY have a link to our complete collections!!! I'm so happy about this that I may just do a little happy dance. Clicking on the collection title takes you to the full version. Not sure when this update happened but I just noticed it yesterday. Secondly, with the new Ambassador program now in full swing, for the first time since I joined Zazzle, I've actually received a few referrals. I've been promoting on Pinterest, Instagram, Twit (X), FB, etc. for years and usually only had one or two referrals a year. This month I've had FIVE. Might not seem like much to some promoters but to me it's cause for celebration. It seems like the recent changes have had a definite impact. Thirdly, I drastically raised my default royalty rate on Mar.28.... more than two weeks ago now. I've been waiting for a downturn in sales from doing that but so far I haven't noticed any real impact on my sales volume.... and I'm still getting a decent payout. Another happy dance! And last but not least, after putting so many hours into Pinterest over the years, with diminishing returns, there is finally an alternative that shows promise. Benable is giving me hope. Time will tell if it is as good as it appears but at least I don't feel like I'm bashing my head against the wall anymore. Hope this shines a little light on your day too!

Hi, To anyone in Zazzle: I submitted my updated W8- BEN form about 9 days ago to the following email: zazzle-w8@zazzle.com, I did it because I wasn´t sure if the validity of the previous one ( It was sent in november 2023) was 2 or 3 years. I haven´t got any response at all besides the auto response, which stated "With the current pandemic, we unfortunately have a very reduced number of team members to assist with processing these requests. Please expect a 2-4 week delay for review/reply." Which pandemic?????... So I sent an email to zazzle support a day ago and not even an auto response from them. So please, I would like to know the status of my W8- BEN form and when my issued payment will take place. I will appreciate an assertive answer and solution. Thanks

It is long and much more, it's needed to apply and understand, real successes does not come in a while just for fun. Everyone will had his end caused by his scammings some day...

I first encountered the phenomenon a couple weeks ago with a person I was helping. Because that person doesn't come to the forum, I sent them an email about Blue Sky and Benable as promotional sources. I got a tirade back about those sites being started by Marxist Democrats and that this person didn't want to sell to them. In the last couple of days, we posted two threads for people to use for promotion that two people came in to shut down and it feels like it is for the same reason. The first one was to let people know that from what we had read sustainable might be a key word to use when promoting. Seemed innocent enough to us. Someone decided to shut the idea down and said it was insignificant. Then, we read that there might be an issue with toy inventories for Christmas. So we posted that believing that Zazzle focuses on made in the USA. That was before someone posted a list of items Zazzle imports. Anyhow, someone else posted in my thread not to worry about it that it was just the media fear mongering. Well, I didn't post the information because I was worried about it. The thing is I am going to quit posting bits of information that I see that I think others might be able to use for promoting to avoid biting my tongue when others are rude enough to come in and try to shut down the idea because of what appears to be their political views. I apologize to anyone I offended by not connecting any of the above information as against one political group.

We've been researching marketing keywords and sustainability is being mentioned a lot. For us, the top considerations are price, if the items usefulness and quality is worth the price, and if we like the item enough to pay $X for it. I'm afraid we don't check sustainability and we wonder how it ranks in order with the things we consider. However, we might start checking products that we promote to see if they are sustainable so we can mention it.

FYI, there are news articles saying that some current events could affect the supply of toys for Christmas. I haven't checked to see the source for Zazzle's bears and games to try to calculate they might be affected. We are going to promote handcrafted dolls, stuffed animals, games, and toys from around the country. Just so you know.

I just did a Google search for "Funny Mother's Day" cards and nothing comes up from Zazzle on the first search page and Zazzle doesn't show until 3 pages in, about 3/4 way down. Also, there's nothing in the "Sponsored" showcase area at the top of page and I scrolled to the end. Ok, so I thought maybe it's not a popular item (hard to believe) so I searched "Personalized gifts" and Zaz only comes up one time in a personal Instagram link and again under "People also searched for" section. Really! What the heck is going on? Zazzle search results used to be plastered all over the internet! Are we to do ALL the advertising/marketing and they have NO skin in the game or am I out of touch on this???
