I'm at 100%, have fulfilled all the requirements and my store collections aren't getting any views. I also have a Zrank of 4, which isn't the worst but.... I've always been largely good at designs (I think 🤔), but struggle with marketing. I don't believe I am doing anything really wrong but the problem persists. Is there any way to turn off the thick ugly pink lines in the Design tool around whatever element we have selected? They are so bulky and opaque that it is impossible to properly position fine details.

I am So disapointed i got a sale worth of 156 usd on 20th of last month and it just got cancelled today on 12th of June . I was so happy and it just broke my heart , how is this even possible ? what kind of policy is this ? Cancelling the order after 20 days , its a lot of time . If a customer reaches out to me with a question about an order that has already shipped and I sent them to Customer Service and CS tells them they can't help them and to contact me, what is the point of Customer Service? And how am I supposed to help this customer with something that is absolutely out of my control?

Anyone make any referral sales worth talking about? I haven't and it would be nice to hear someone is having luck. I still have four network sites I share products to daily - five if you count Bluesky ( don't do much in the way of posting there) Also I run ads on FB besides having three stores there. Loving some of the new changes that are rolling out! However, I now have to zoom in before I can manually adjust the length of the text box - something I could do before at any view. Now, I have to click the plus button two or three times to be zoomed in enough for the guides to appear that allow me to drag the sides. Otherwise, it makes the entire box larger or smaller as well as changes the font size, which I don't want to do. I just want to be able to adjust the text box to fit within the boundaries like previously without having to go through the extra steps, all while keeping the text size the same. Thanks!

Could Zazzle please provide official guidance on how creators should properly handle customer requests for custom or personalized orders, while ensuring full compliance with all current Terms of Service, Creator License Agreement, and other platform policies? I received the form from Zazzle, but some data is wrong: Wrong date of birth, wrong TIN number and additional useless code in the address. My W8-BEN I submitted was correct. I really do not know what someone is trying to do. I reported and still waiting for updates and about what happened. I explaned also other things going wrong on my Zazzle account to support and I'm waiting from long time. I explained things much times, not only to Zazzle. Someone believe it please... Thanks
