My cards have always been at 14.9% royalty sold for 4.17. Zazzle recently changed the price of my cards to 3.49, When the card is purchased it is being discounted automatically 15% using the Father's Day Code and the customer didn't even have to put the code in. If there is no active promotion on the card, why does the creator have to take a hit on the price? I called Zazzle and they didn't have an answer for me, but would look into it. Has anyone else noticed this happening?

I’m not entirely new to POD, but just started to explore Zazzle and I’m overwhelmed before even opening my shop! 😋 I’m leary of paid classes and programs because so many of them include too much irrelevant information, but I’m wondering if I should do just that for getting started on Zazzle? I’m only exploring options right now. Zazzle offers so much it seems like a platform to get involved in. So much on offer also makes it seem like I’d be completely lost in it. Any thoughts? Turn and run? Dive in, and go from there? Or sit back, spend the money for a course, then study? I’m going to go draw something now.

I was trying to create a bedspread. I saw another Zazzle user had created a bedspread and it was shown on a bed. So, I looked for that option but couldn't find it. Long story short, I found out there was such a thing as a "mock up" . Who knew?!!! Well, I certainly didn't! However, I don't know anything about this new find and any information you could give me would be much appreciated. I've never used it before.

Hello, I am A Zazzle creator and I submitted (previous one expired) my My W-8BEN Tax Form on May 2. I got automatic reply This message confirms that we have received your email regarding your W8/9 Ben form inquiry or submission. With the current pandemic, we unfortunately have a very reduced number of team members to assist with processing these requests. Please expect a 2-4 week delay for review/reply. There is no human response as to whether it's processed or not. I want to ask Zazzle team when can I expect to get a review for my tax form so I can get my payment ?

Hi Z, Since the change in manufacturers for ID Badges, I have received quite a number complaints from customers saying that the badges are now "too thin" and "low quality" (both in printing and material) compared to previous orders before the switch in manufacturers. Question: Are there any plans in the works for bringing the ID badges back up in quality as they were before? Please let us designers know... I'd like to pass on some hopefully good news regarding this to customers so they stick with Zazzle rather than search out another supplier. Thanks, and I appreciate any feedback that you can provide 🙂

What is the best royalty percentage should i set for my products? I used to set it at 17%, but after the recent changes on Zazzle, my sales dropped significantly. So I thought of lowering it to 14.5% because the prices of the products got really high and that if I lowered my royalties sales would increase, but sales still declined and my net profits became much lower.

I am still not able to change royalty rates. In a rare case they stick, mostly they don't. I know this has been mentioned about a zillion times during the past couple of MONTHS. Please fix this, Zazzle! Thank you.

Has anyone else noted a drop in card prices? It seems the discounts on cards have disappeared, but the prices have dropped which means our royalties are even less. 🫤

During active hours the Zazzle Chat Help Bubble, if you're in the design board trying to choose a font, covers up that last couple font options on the drop-down menu fall UNDER the chat bubble, so the 2 font choices are can't be seen or clicked on easily. So, it either seems the font list drop-down needs to be shortened or something needs to be done with the chat-help bubble: relocate it or enable it to be closed with a click.
