I have received numerous requests to create designs that include optional sleeve printing. I'm surprised this feature isn't available, especially given the popularity of sleeve printing over the past three years. Am I overlooking something? Lately, I’ve noticed that around 95% of my sales are coming through third-party and it's really discouraging. The earnings from these sales are significantly lower compared to how it was before, and it's starting to feel like all the effort I put into designing and promoting isn't paying off fairly.

I just had a sale that was *not* referred but it still ended up with the percentage as if it had been referred by 3rd party. The final earnings were cut nearly in half as if it was 3rd party referred and not "None" like it was. Anyone else see this issue today? This was on an 80 invitation order.

I just sold two items: stickers and matching business cards to someone who messaged me directly via Zazzle and to whom I sent a link to the products - yet both sales came through as third-party sales. How do you explain this when no third party was involved?

I just noticed on one of my products that the regular "Transfer this Design" bar was missing. I found the new area for it in a very small and obscure place (located next to the design description we enter in). I do get sales where customers have transferred the design and am concerned that this small area would be totally overlooked by them. It says Beta next to it. I hope Z does not permanently choose this as an update. Screen shot below.

Hello to everyone! I have not been able to resolve the problem with W 8BEN-form for more than six months. Z-Support does not respond. Can anyone help me or give me advice what i need to do? On April 11, 2024 I received a letter from Z-support saying that my address in my Zazzle Payment settings has duplicate postal code and my form does not, and I need to fix it. Then I fixed it, attaching a new W 8BEN-form and send it to zazzle support. But there was no response… The last time I sent my form again was 10 May 2024 to this email address: Zazzle-w8@Zazzle.com and there is still no answer. Who can solve my problem or who did you personally contact for submitting and accepting W 8BEN-form?

I'm just starting a store. I tried one last year but failed because I didn't know what I was doing. Hopefully I'm learning better this time with titles/tags/niche. I've listed my first 10 products. Not sure if I'm clicking all the right buttons when creating the products but crossing figures. My question is my store says it is 65% complete - needing to create 10 store collections, sharing 10 store collections and upload 10 media. I do not understand the excess royalty fee. I know for 15 years it has been there but since these new fees in which I am making very little I never thought much about it. I always felt it was fair. Now I am wondering why is this fee for higher priced items. Does Z advertise those with higher referral fees more hence needing the extra fee? How are the transaction fees different than if one uses a lower referral fee? That would make sense if it was an extra fee because they have to change a number to adjust the final fee. Now when I used to do accounts receivable and I had to use an eraser for each and every change that could make sense. Only it doesn't make sense.?? What if I set the fee at 5,6,7,8 or 9% ? Wouldn't that make the transaction fee needed on those because they are not at the 10%.?? All these years I was thinking using a higher % was making myself and Z in general more money and it never bothered me. Now I am thinking the fee is one more way to get a few extra cents for the bottom line. I also used to be happy with anyone that referred me and figured they were doing better if I was but now I find I don't understand anything about pricing. Anyone have input on this thought? What am I thinking incorrectly?? The dipped Oreos were a great product. I’ve sold them, bought them, used them as favors….does anyone know why they appear to be discontinued? Did the vendor, Veronica’s Treats, go out of business? Their website just has a message ‘ceased operations’. Too bad; great products.

Attention moderators: gift boxes discontinued? while doing some product optimization, found lots of gift boxes ( in my shop sections) marked in red—“product has been discontinued.” There is no drop-down to change to another size or color. So are they discontinued, and should be deleted? I checked in blank products, and create your own, they’re still available to create new products, and in the view other products, they are still available to purchase. This is crazy making. Either they are discontinued or out of stock, z please choose a lane, I’m getting dizzy and feeling (pun alert) boxed in. Thanks in advance.
