In Store Management when searching for some products, they are not found. When I switch to Public Store, it’s found. Collections In Store Management it’s there just not in product Categories, and yes, in Product Details I do have it in the Category I am searching. I always set my products to Public, not Hidden. I only have one store. Each time this happens, I double check product details. It’s not hidden and is set to Public. My collections are associated with an image number of the painting theme collection. In this case I searched for 2584. But it seems to happen randomly with other collections. I have noticed that it happens with the newer (number collections) and random categories. The new number collections start a few collections down from the top in Collections. It happens when I first create and I give it a time to show up (in this case 2 months) but it’s still happening. Very frustrating when checking the status of (number of views, sold, etc) certain categories of my products and I have to go to Collections. I can’t get those details in Public Store or Collections and I have to open the actual individual product to see details. Lola J. I've not sales from months reported from my store. I'm suspecting about that. I want just to alert the various "Intelligent" that the life is not so easy as can seem... It is long and much more, it's needed to apply and understand, real successes does not come in a while just for fun. Everyone will had his end caused by his scammings some day...

I'm feeling like there might be light at the end of the tunnel....hmmmm or is that a train?? But seriously, I've noticed a few things lately that give cause for hope. Firstly, I see that our product pages FINALLY have a link to our complete collections!!! I'm so happy about this that I may just do a little happy dance. Clicking on the collection title takes you to the full version. Not sure when this update happened but I just noticed it yesterday. Secondly, with the new Ambassador program now in full swing, for the first time since I joined Zazzle, I've actually received a few referrals. I've been promoting on Pinterest, Instagram, Twit (X), FB, etc. for years and usually only had one or two referrals a year. This month I've had FIVE. Might not seem like much to some promoters but to me it's cause for celebration. It seems like the recent changes have had a definite impact. Thirdly, I drastically raised my default royalty rate on Mar.28.... more than two weeks ago now. I've been waiting for a downturn in sales from doing that but so far I haven't noticed any real impact on my sales volume.... and I'm still getting a decent payout. Another happy dance! And last but not least, after putting so many hours into Pinterest over the years, with diminishing returns, there is finally an alternative that shows promise. Benable is giving me hope. Time will tell if it is as good as it appears but at least I don't feel like I'm bashing my head against the wall anymore. Hope this shines a little light on your day too!

I am sorry if these issues have already been addressed, but I didn't see any other threads covering them. I have received a lot of messages recently asking if my invitations were offered in digital form. It seems the new layout on listing pages is confusing for people. They do not see the "instant download" option as easily as they did before the change. Would really love if it could be more clear for people to purchase instant downloads. I do not have a way on my end to check if my instant download sales have changed since the change, but I have had to direct many customers to the "choose your format" menu. The other thing I would like to address is fonts. Will Zazzle ever allow us to upload our own fonts that we have purchased and are available for commercial use? I sell on Etsy as well as Zazzle and use the Corjl editing platform for invitations on Etsy. Corjl allows me to upload my own fonts, so I am not limited to just their fonts. Thank you, Kim Wilhite

I recieved an email appearing from Zazzle from the following address zazzle@tn.send.zazzle.com The about info said "you have a message from Zazzle" then it said this "Dear saler, we are g..." the spelling gave it away... and so obviously i did not click the button in the message, however i wonder how many people will, how do i report this to Zazzle and has anyone else had this experience? Another thing, normally if there is a message on Zazzle, its in the messages page, but nothing there... just the email i received, how do they get the email?

Just got another message from Zazzle today claiming “your tax form doesn’t match your payment settings.” Déjà vu? Yeah, because this is the second time they’ve pulled this stunt. Let me be clear: my info is 100% correct — triple-checked, not a single typo. At this point, I’m starting to feel like Zazzle is stalling payouts on purpose. Maybe they're running low on funds and this is their creative way of buying time? (Next email: “We regret to inform you that your PayPal account is a Scorpio and doesn’t align with our astrological payout system.”) Jokes aside, this smells fishy. If you’re on Zazzle, keep your receipts, document everything, and maybe start thinking about backing up your work elsewhere — just in case they ghost us permanently. Stay safe and don’t let them gaslight your tax form!

I received a paper copy in the post for end of the tax year. My date of birth is wrong and is not what I sent to Zazzle. Any reason for this? I am in the UK, should this be a concern?

Today I did not find any option to close the new Help Chat pop up, its annoying and distracting, floating all the time rigidly at the right corner of screen! Please provide us the close option like before, we designers do not usually need to chat with bot but focus on our work and organizing without any visual distraction .... please Zazzle, its a request ! 🙏

Many of us have been effected at one time or another with the removal of the "Visit Site" button from our Shared pins from Zazzle. We've been told we were a part of a test and all we needed to do was write to Pinterest to be removed from being part of their test. But that isn't the entire answer. Pinterest has published this page entitled Links Not Displaying On Pins which helps clarify why this is happening to us. This article is for anyone who has a website and is sharing pins. That is a question! 😉 I have a few products with one sale that haven´t gotten any views in months. I want to clean up my store but am quite apprehensive about deleting these designs. I read that it may bring my Zazzle score down, etc. I wonder what is your experience? Do you remove these designs or hide them? Is removing previously sold designs affecting the visibility of your shop or is that an urban legend?:)
