We're excited to share that we've launched an updated design experience that's currently in A/B testing! This represents a significant evolution in how design works on Zazzle, moving toward a unified tool that serves both creators and customers.
What's Live Now?: Our design tool experience is being tested, meaning users will see either the current experience or one of three new variants. This tool builds on the features you've been using including frames, grids, design elements, and our royalty-free content library, but is optimized to make design more accessible to customers who may not have your level of design expertise. Your existing post-for-sale flow remains accessible and we intend to improve those workflows as part of the next phase.

Why This Matters for You: Since this A/B test exposes templates to a new design interface, you may notice that some existing designs work differently in this customer-focused environment.
As an example, to create a smoother customer journey, we’ve improved how “locking” works for layers. Previously , when you locked an object, customers could not unlock the object which caused usability issues when they wanted to make changes. With the new update, both you and your customers can unlock a locked layer. Note, if you originally had a a locked layer, the "disabled" setting is automatically turned on with the update. We’ve added a new toggle called “Disable All Object Interaction” which is located in the “More options” section in the right-hand panel. When enabled, it prevents users from interacting with the layer, and customers cannot change this setting. Additionally, we’re using the locking feature to automatically hide certain layers, such as large transparent overlays, shields, or borders, that might otherwise interfere with customers trying to upload photos or edit text.
After the test concludes, we'll be sharing tips and best practices to help your templates shine in this new experience to maximize customer engagement and conversion.
Looking ahead, this optimized experience is the first step toward a cohesive design tool for everyone on Zazzle, designed to add ease for customers and positively increase conversion to benefit creators. I challenge Zazzle to update their description of the standard posters, which they say have a "matte" finish. For years I never ordered one of these posters because I did not want a matte finish, but rather something with a little bit of gloss. Well, just recently I decided to take the plunge and order one of the posters to settle once and for all what the matte finish posters actually looked like. To my total surprise, the finish is not a true matte, but rather a semi-gloss finish. Now why in the world does Zazzle describe these posters as having a matte finish? When I think of "matte" finish, I think of no gloss whatsoever. This is far from true with the standard posters offered. If you want to see a true "matte" finish, order one of the greeting cards in the "matte" style. You will see what I mean. They have a flat finish without any gloss whatsoever. I think that Zazzle needs to add something to their description of the "matte" posters indicating that they do have a bit of gloss to them. They are really quite beautiful!

Is it possible to add a feature to Zazzle where designers could group the same product with the same design rendered in different sizes in one listing for ease of customer selection? Not all designs fit all the different product size variations (like, for example, doormats and post-it notes). And I frequently see purchases where a customer has chosen a different product size, and the resulting design doesn’t fit the product. I don’t know if the customer fixes the design to fit the particular product size themself, if they get help from Zazzle customer service, or if they purchase an ill-fitting design (they aren’t being returned and the orders are not being canceled). Instead of creating the same listing in 4-5 different sizes, designers need additional artboards in the design tool where they can resize the design to fit any size the customer chooses for that particular product. This would result in more sales for designers, Zazzle, and potentially fewer returns and cancelled orders. Thanks!

I ordered for a friend of mine, she does not purchase online but this was a special gift. This is the only thing that has shown up on my earnings page. From the first order that I then canceled to double check something. 2 throw pillows (however not the additional lumbar pillow) this was about 24 hours ago. The second order has not shown up in my earnings. Thankfully the order shows on the orders page. I do not understand the price difference either.

Hi! I've searched but can't find 12 x 12 papers here. I'd like to create square scrapbook & craft papers but the largest I've managed to find is 5 x 5 invitations to be used for that purpose here. I see 12x12 posters but that's a little high of a price point. I'm open to a variety of paper types but would like square. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Smh .. I just noticed the model videos on the regular tshirts for women, front and back .. ai generated and poorly done .. how embarrassing .. please let us have the option to remove them .. they show above our cover images .. and tbh they are really ‘dumb’ for a lack of a better word .. they show nothing new .. just a reason to have 2 videos .. why? The model isnt the same .. the movement is worse than fake .. I highly doubt this will bring in more sales .. zazzle, please rethink this .. or at least give us the opportunity to.

I am SO SO FRUSTRATED right now! Don’t bother working 7 days a week promoting your designs on your blog or social media, or wasting time creating polished mock-up images. Don’t even bother putting in the extra effort customizing for clients and then sending them direct links with your own Ambassador ID. No matter what you do, you’ll still see unexplained third-party sales — even when the product is private and shared only through your link. And now, with royalties capped at just 10%, it’s hardly worth the effort. Try asking why your expected referrals don’t appear in your earnings, and the answer will always be the same: Zazzle claims it’s “beyond their control” how customers navigate and interact with the site. So why even create an Ambassador Program to boost earnings if creators aren’t protected in the slightest?

Hello to everyone! I have not been able to resolve the problem with W 8BEN-form for more than six months. Z-Support does not respond. Can anyone help me or give me advice what i need to do? On April 11, 2024 I received a letter from Z-support saying that my address in my Zazzle Payment settings has duplicate postal code and my form does not, and I need to fix it. Then I fixed it, attaching a new W 8BEN-form and send it to zazzle support. But there was no response… The last time I sent my form again was 10 May 2024 to this email address: Zazzle-w8@Zazzle.com and there is still no answer. Who can solve my problem or who did you personally contact for submitting and accepting W 8BEN-form?

I have customers who have sent me photo of decoupage tissue papers that they have received and the print quality is awful with this new paper. I know that I have everything correct as for uploading with images. Is anyone else having these issues.
