My designs are printing with more space on the left. I use center alignment in Photoshop and in the Zazzle design tool. I also take a physical ruler and measure the distance from the edge of my design to the design space borders in Photoshop and the Zazzle design tool. I have all guides turned on. On greeting cards and the zip pouch, there are a few millimeters or 10ths of an inch more space on the left side. What am I doing wrong? This does not happen on my home printer. Has anyone else measured the design-to-product-edge-distance to check this? It might not be noticeable unless you measure. Also, the greeting cards measure slightly under 5x7.

I don't know abt everyone else, but tbh, after 18 years on Zazzle, attaining Pro Silver, etc... I am at a point where the constant changes, not least the most recent royalty rate and affiliate changes, and the number and frequency of major glitches, has driven me to the verge of leaving the site permanently in the near future unless by some miracle things return to "normal" REALLY soon. I have not made a NON-3rd party sale from any of my shops since the royalty rate changes. I absolutely cannot stay on a site that offers me pennies for a product they sell for large profit. I have jumped through so many hoops for Zazzle in the past decade! I never fully recovered from the search changes in 2012. I used to make a few hundred a month, over 1k during holidays. Now I struggle to make $100 in ANY month, and in fact have had a few months with no payout the past 1-2 years. I add new listings regularly, have no hidden designs to update, I delete all non-sellers older than 2 yrs as instructed, and have updated every listing on every product with views but no sales... and still coming up empty handed. Now my understanding is that because I refuse to list at 10% royalty and accept earnings that wouldn't even support me in Mexico or India (and I have lived in both, so I would know), that my shops and designs are hidden from the MP?!?! What does it take, Zazzle? What can Zazzle do to make it worth my staying? (and I am NOT by far the only one pondering this). Because if this does NOT change, I will have no choice but to look elsewhere. And I really do not want to have to do that after nearly two decades here!

For those unaware, a while back Pixabay changed their terms of use, hence this update for your protection. https://pixabay.com/service/license-summary/ They also state: "Please be aware that certain Content may be subject to additional intellectual property rights (such as copyrights, trademarks, design rights), moral rights, proprietary rights, property rights, privacy rights or similar. It is your responsibility to check whether you require the consent of a third party or a license to use Content." And via https://pixabay.com/service/terms/ You cannot sell or distribute the Content (either in digital or physical form) on a Standalone basis. This includes selling or distributing Content on a Standalone basis as an image, audio, video, NFT or other digital file (including through a stock media platform), as well as a print, wallpaper, poster or on merchandise or on other physical products. When we refer to "Standalone" we mean where no creative effort has been applied to the Content and it remains in substantially the same form as it exists on the Services. To help illustrate this, here are some examples: using the Content in its original form or solely using a filter, changing colors, resizing or cropping the Content remains Standalone use. using the Content with a combination of images, videos, audio files, other media, text, illustrations, background features and editing techniques is not Standalone use, so long as the combined effect is to make a "new" creative work.

With frustration, I started a new thread about the issue of watches still not being found in searches. I made a point at the end about the reason why I'd created a new thread - it being that adding a post to an old discussion didn't bring it to the top - in other words, it wouldn't be seen. I checked to see responses just now, only to find my thread has disappeared. However, I then found it had been attached to an older thread - which defeated the object of my creating a new thread in the first place. If we're being watched and censored, then it would be a good idea to have threads bounce to the top when most recently commented!

Is anyone else having problems with shorlinks not showing the customization? I'm modifying a design and opening it on another computer, and the changes aren't appearing on the second computer. There was an April Tech thread that appears resolved. Anyone else having issues?

Recently, Google Analytics has often shown me a "Zazzle.co.uk order confirmation". Sometimes I actually have a sale of a product shortly afterwards, but often not. Has anyone observed anything similar and can explain more about this?

I hate to report this but I was searching 4th of July mugs and on the first page it's spammed with tons of mugs that all have nothing on them but black. I already reported the design and the account doing it, but it was just so upsetting to see this because Zazzle failed to catch the spam. It also makes the whole website look cheap. If customers come here to search 4th of July mugs and see this, they will just click off. To note, they may have done this with AI. I know that with the paid AI program, you can have it log in and possibly created tons of products.

Hi, I sent a message this morning via the Press & Hold to confirm you are a human (and not a bot) pop-up window link listed underneath it, regarding the non-stop every few minutes of getting bombarded with this annoying pop-up! This has been going on continuously since Monday morning! I cannot even look at anything via my store products without this Press & Hold popping up, nevermind try and create new products. This is the worst it's ever been this week. I logged out and back in and it doesn't solve the problem. This is happening on both my Samsung Tablet and Samsung Smartphone. Nothing has changed via either of my devices. And to boot all day, whenever I try doing something and press on the Press & Hold button it lingers on forever! Please fix this. Better yet can it no longer be there anymore. If this were to happen to me as a customer I'd be so frustrated and leave and not shop the website again. I never get things like this while browsing and shopping on other store websites. Thank you

So I've now noticed that at least 4 of my comments on the forum here are no longer showing from today and yesterday. I see it posted, and when I go back into the feed, it is gone. My comments also are not showing in the 'comment count' after I refresh. Is this happening to anyone else?

Hi , I see there is a new way to personalize products for customers. After clicking 'Personalize this design', a new page opens and on the right, the product and personalization elements are visible, while on the left, you enter your details. This is a fantastic solution, but unfortunately, I don't know how to activate it for my shop and products. I tried to find this option in the settings and I can't find it anywhere. Can someone please advise me on how to activate it?

I'm wondering how other Zazzle sellers manage their followings. Do you follow those who follow your shop back? Is there an advantage to following others back, presumably potential customers? Do you follow other shops also, or just people? My shop has followers but I've never followed anyone back. I'm not trying to be rude or anti social, it's nothing like that. It's more that I just don't understand how following on Zazzle works. Does it build community? Increase brand awareness? Encourage engagement? Impact conversion? Or is it just more like just a social courtesy? Curious as to your thoughts/experiences. Thanks! xx
