Currently you have to unclick a radio button if you don't want to receive emails when someone responds to a post or reply you've made. Is it possible to make it so that you have to click the radio button to receive them?
Maybe I'm alone in this thought so others can chime in... but I've forgotten to unclick that button and am getting more emails than I need and its a chore to delete them.
It's this bit I'm talking about "Email me when someone replies "
Maybe this should be in suggestions... idk. Move it if desired.
Thanks for considering,
PC

Try this:
go to your profile icon in the upper right and go to My Settings. Go to the Preferences section then uncheck "Automatically subscribe me to topics or reviews I participate in"

I wrote my post--and then I found this one. I'm not sure what we're supposed to be clicking on--but I agree 100% with this. Emails should be an "opt-in" only feature, not the default.
