I am fuming. Who wouldn't be? You spend years and put in 1000's of hours and bam, gone. I have no idea if I've been hacked or what. The worst thing is, this happened at the weekend so I cannot speak with Zazzle. I have no idea what's happened and am heartbroken. This store and my pod work is literally the only thing I have as I'm disabled. Without it, I will have claim state benefits. I was meticulous with things over copyright in the last few years, had licences, used public domain. It cannot surely be that. I even had licences for fonts, mockups. My obvious main worry is...hacked. Have I just been hacked and can I get my store back. My main store was 'words to live by'. I have a background in graphic design going back 20 years. Yes, I'm on other pod services. But...Zazzle has always been my favourite. I just cannot believe this has happened. It's been a horrible 24 hours. I just want my stores back and for this to be over.

Try not to panic it will be there. Possible issues
Have you accidentally logged in to a different account?
Has it been accidentally set to private?
It could be an indexing issue, sometimes when I look for my public store, it's not showing
What is your store url? I can check it for you my end. Or a product url, name?

Hey, thanks for replying. Very grateful.

Those Were/are my main two shops here. One was mainly quote/text templates I'd make, the other just another one with public domain art and old stuff. All fairly safe and above aboard. I knew not to risk my account over silly stuff.
All I can really say is, up until Friday I was uploading. Then Friday evening, couldn't login. Then noticed stores had vanished. Then items started to vanish the next day. It's as if someone clicked delete on me. Hacked? No idea. Yes, somewhat devastated. Just before Christmas. I mean, it really hurts. I've been on here since 2009. I was a silver proseller, I think.

Hi, I can't see your stores
BUT I believe once you can contact customer support whatever has occurred they can assist. I don't think it is that easy to delete stores and accounts. And I would hope it is all 'reversible'. Hang in there! Only a few hours before you can get an update on this.

Thank you so much. I did contact support on Friday evening when the issues started. They did not specify but they did say there was a problem with my account. It was not a doom and gloom response either, they mentioned resolving the issue with the correct department.
Obviously, don't want to lose my work. I have thought all sorts. Was it this, was it that. Have Zazzle just straight deleted me for some dubious claim of copyright infringement on something I did 10 years ago. It would crazy if that's the case. I occasionally used stock sites like freepik, pixelbuddha, but I am a paid premium member on both. I would never knowingly breach copyright these days, as I'm very protective of my work, especially here on Zazzle. If that's the case, I will contest this like mad. Or was I hacked.

Something similar happened here, and a few people made suggestions as to what may have happened, and how to reach Zazzle to get more info. https://community.zazzle.com/t5/technical-issues/my-account-and-store-was-deleted-why/m-p/43034#M451...

Thank you, windy. I have had the occasional copyright violation, so this is a concern, but these were all items from years back. Some even a decade ago. This is what I fear, as I have been very careful in recent years. I just would not risk it these days. The only other thing I can think of is Freepik elements or fonts I've used, which I have a licence to use. It would devastating to just lose a store you've put 1000's of hours into for that. I can't believe Zazzle would do that.

I just had a look in my old email address that attached to the account to check for copyright violation. I did indeed have some early this month. I will contest this if that is the case though as these were all most definitely public domain, and the same authors and same quotes/poems (pre-1920's) are listed on numerous products by different sellers. Go figure this one. If they have terminated me for this, I will cry. What a joke. I am trying not to panic, but it's the work and hours I put in. Lost it all in a weekend. The real laugh, I rarely did quotes / poems for this reason, focusing mainly on making my customized items.

I would contact the customer support trhough the email that was attached to the deleted account. Someone must be able to look into your account and see what happened.

Thank you Lais. I had contact on Friday briefly as I couldn't login, then very quickly it all went south as this situation just got worse in the next 24 hours. They did mention contacting the relevent department and resolution. Hoping to see if this can be resolved, but I'm feeling very defeated. I must have messed up and it cost me years of work.

Knightsy, you wrote:...these were all most definitely public domain, and the same authors and same quotes/poems (pre-1920's) are listed on numerous products by different sellers.....
Try to keep in mind that just because other sellers have posted the same, it may only mean that they have not been caught yet, either by being reported, or by the product being removed when a customer tries to buy it.

Reading thru the comments in this link might be of some help—
<https://community.zazzle.com/t5/general-zazzle-discussion/zazzle-removing-public-domain-content/m-p/...>
1. You may have used text and/or an authors name which is protected by an estate, even tho in the distant past and seeming to be public domain.
2. . You may have used an image and/or an authors name which is protected by an estate, even tho in the distant past and seeming to be public domain

3. You may have used a font that zazzle had to remove due to legal issues with the font owner/creator.
- Regardless, zazzle has the specific reasons, everything else is speculation.
If you are calling from outside the United States, please use:
1-408-983-2800 Phone hours: Mon - Fri: 5PM - 1AM GMT
- when I checked, your store banner is still there, but clicking on products shows none, also collections shows none. My guess is that you got caught up in number 3, the font issue.

Knightsy, Don't give up till and unless you have reason to do so. I posted the international phone number for you to call, (Of course using your country extension, maybe Britain?) Call Monday morning Central Standard Time, whatever time that works out to in your location. Oh here goes a bent cliche...Keep Calm and call the number. (If you are able.)
Keep in mind, your store banner (I can see it) and account still exists, it is the products that have gone mia. Your two stores don't show up.
So if I understand correctly, Z did not terminate your account.
Ask questions,get answers.
If it's a copyright issue, copyright dept. phone: 650.872.8000
And lastly, it may be a gigantic error on Zazzle's part. Probably not likely, but still a possibility.

Cheers. Yes, based in Britain and have the number. I think you may have been right on the font issue though. May have needed extended licence on pixelbuddha for pod, despite never selling a single design. I'll have to see what they say in the email I expect tomorrow though. I will contest this is if it was the violations I received this past month. Very unfair if that was the case. They where a mix of designs done between 5-12 years ago. I was one of the many crappypress refugees

Unfortunately, I think his account was suspended. I can't find his stores or any items. But I really hope it was an AI that did it by mistake and he gets his account back.

Well, I hope not. Yet it looks like it could have been. Yesterday was grief, as I lost a lot of work I'd done. Today I'm just accepting it. I was being careful, but obviously not careful enough. And just like that, gone. I'll pick myself up from it, if I have been suspended, but I'll just not being able to use Zazzle anymore obviously. I'll be alright
