I have customers who have sent me photo of decoupage tissue papers that they have received and the print quality is awful with this new paper. I know that I have everything correct as for uploading with images. Is anyone else having these issues. So i started using zazzle a few weeks back and can honestly say the time i have invested so far has been so frustrating and painful. The design tools are awful. For instance there is no position or size info on a motif on the desing panel so its nigh impossible to place design motifs at measured intervals . And the guidelines are worse than useless. ( I am not talking about tiling which has issues too including when you want to tile with a photo) what is the ribbon length in the design tool so i can see where I need to put the space to ensure equal spacing between motifs for a continuing design along yards of ribbon? why would it be so hard for zazzle to tell us thisso we know where they design is repeating and can include the correct space at the end of panel Dimensions for some designs are different in different parts of zazzle Position and repeating text in near impossible to judge for gaps and the alignment tool pushes motifs and text into the bleed area when you align horizontally The guidelines for placing images on gift bags is erreonous and refers to lines that do not appear on the accompanying graphic...talk about not even bothering to test what is written When you place some designs on the zazzle design panel it is diferent to the dimension i set in my graphic design tool...it is either stretched or compressed even though I used the dimensions as set out in the info on the products Product that could have the same dimensions are different ? Some products that have different sizes within the same product that nigh impossible to cover with one design, eg gift bags .. but yet they are set as the same product ? I could go on and on why are there no clear instructions and why are the tools so poor ? Zazzles USB is there ability to provide personalisation on a range of products including photo personalisation. But Etsy and Amzon are hot on their heels and the arcaic and poor tools means zazzle hasnt bothered to invest and i think there days a renumbered. They seem to want to keep all their design instructions opaque ? why not write some clear instructions that could help new designers? Some of the photos in the mockup section have errors or distort designs And they havent bothered to use updates that enable designers to not spend hours aligning and sizing stuff It really is so poor. Its almost like they dont want new designers to suceed and stay Or maybe they cant be bothered

I am SO SO FRUSTRATED right now! Don’t bother working 7 days a week promoting your designs on your blog or social media, or wasting time creating polished mock-up images. Don’t even bother putting in the extra effort customizing for clients and then sending them direct links with your own Ambassador ID. No matter what you do, you’ll still see unexplained third-party sales — even when the product is private and shared only through your link. And now, with royalties capped at just 10%, it’s hardly worth the effort. Try asking why your expected referrals don’t appear in your earnings, and the answer will always be the same: Zazzle claims it’s “beyond their control” how customers navigate and interact with the site. So why even create an Ambassador Program to boost earnings if creators aren’t protected in the slightest?

Hi, After my last payout last month, one day suddenly a balance has been showed up in parentheses. I've noticed that after each royalty clearance the amount in parentheses decreases, which means that like I owe Zazzle money. Is that right? Who also have experienced this case? Are Medium Sized Stadium Seat Cushions coming back? They've been shown as out of stock a long time. Some people might prefer the Large size for extra room extended out on each side for comfort which is nice, but some others may prefer Medium size. They're great for going to your kids sporting events year-round as sitting on those hard wooden, metal or plastic bleachers is tough. Some people also use them to sit on the ground. Please let us know. Thank you

2368 hidden products today. How can Zazzle hide that many at one time and expect us to fix that many? Not fair ! give up ! No one else hides products. Doesn't Zazzle realize that they are also losing a lot of sales by hiding our stuff? Why should we even bother making products just to have them hidden from the public !!!

The workspace in the designer tool must be pristine and pure white to work properly, as in any graphic and image editing software. Please remove all these newly added shadows and whatever semitransparent overlays that distort the design's colors; these have no place in a professional working area, which is NOT a product preview where you want to simulate depth and structure. As a side note, the new minimalist bleed, print, and safe delimiter lines are of no help, either. And, please, don't let your designers suffer with the intermediate solution seen in the new forms, with vital tools hidden under tons of buttons, especially on desktops with large screens. The designer is (was?) a pretty professional working tool, don't ruin it for the sake of fanciness. Thank you.

Hi, I wanted to flag a recurring production issue that’s been brought to my attention by a customer. They ordered one of my round sticker designs and received three separate shipments (the original order plus two replacements), all of which were misaligned and off-center. The last reprint was reportedly the worst of the three. This kind of repeated issue is concerning because it suggests that replacement orders may not be visually checked before being shipped. It not only frustrates customers but also reflects poorly on the overall experience for both buyers and designers.
