Big new signs in green with text showing customers how to navigate Zazzle. This is on the product page!  What an Insult! Not needed!

Can you share a screenshot? I'm not seeing anything different on the product pages. Maybe it's just a beta test?

I do get chat messages occasionally asking how to do certain things on the product page (where to personalize, how to add their photo, how to use the filters for stamps, etc). Some products with more complicated personalization can be overwhelming with choices on the sidebar (even more so if they are shopping on mobile device), so I'm not against a more streamlined, simplified ordering process if they can figure that out!

I'm only seeing a big blue "chat with us" (very distracting in my view).

Yes, I hear you. I've complained about this but it's just fallen on deaf ears. It is SO annoying when you're trying to see a preview of your work in progress, only to have to juggle the mouse around the blue bubble so you don't accidentally click on it, just to see your work. 😏

? No clue what you're talking about. A screenshot would be most helpful. But in general, I spend a LOT of time walking customers through the process of customizing and ordering, so I'd welcome anything that helps them navigate the site.

 Unfortunately  everyone it was when I was posting a few products to Twitter in between  attending to  grandchildren! Hence screenshots were not my mindset at the time ! Checked those and other products again this morning, but the navigation signs weren't showing. Tiffjamaica, I agree it must have been a beta test. Definately not one Zazzle should implement 🙄 Others should have seen this as well !
