Collection not showing up in store?

When I'm logged into my account, I can see my collections.  However, when I go to my store from another browser (not logged in), my collections are not visible from my shop page.  I have the collection turned on "public" and checked the store box that I want it to show up on.  Any ideas on how to fix this?

On my side, the collection is visible in the public view. Can you confirm if the issue still persists for you? If it's still not working properly, could you provide screenshots/links, please? We'll be happy to investigate it further for you. 🙂

Here is a temporary solution, I posted in December 2022, on how to get the missing collections to show up in your public shop.

Same thing for me, but I only added 3 items to my collection about 12 hours ago...
