Think I know the answer, but will ask anyway. I had someone buy something, but the royalty was cancelled, and there was a "deleted" note under the product name in the royalties list. This was from about a month ago, but I just noticed it today, for whatever reason. Evidently I was in editing mode, and deleted something that I didn't even realize someone had bought. I feel bad, and would love to contact the buyer and apologize for any inconvenience, and let them know I re-designed and re-listed the thing, etc. I doubt we're able to reach out like this, but thought it was worth asking.

Unless they post a review or contact you via chat, it's pretty much impossible to get ahold of them. No need to apologize; I've done my share of winnowing products from my store that I have deleted or hidden, only to have a customer buy them!
Once a customer has ordered a product, a copy sits in their order history, even if you've deleted it from your store and even if they've cancelled it. So if they decide to order it again in the future, they still can.
