Great that there are better insitus but the contrast/brightness on them is still way too light. It was that way for months before your changes. Here's one of my mockups (matching the art in the design tool) & what it looks like in your insitu. On some of my darker canvases, you can't see much if any of a difference but on the light ones the product looks terrible.

Absolutely agree Marcia (also my middle name spelled that way) -- which is too bad as it eliminated some artwork I wanted to use. Just washes it out if it is not bold(ish) to start out with. I can send an example if requested.

Marcia, here is the immediate solution -- requires two downloads -- the published ARTWORK and the insitu that you want to use. Then, in whatever SW you use, insert the downloaded published artwork over the artwork in the insitu and you have one that works and looks as it should. I hope it get fixed soon -- but this is a solution for now. the problem, of course, is that the other examples look awful and the customer would not know which is the correct representation. It needs to be fixed.

Thanks, @VivianD117 , that would work, but if I was going to go to the trouble of downloading the artwork & placing it on of one of Zazzle's insitus, I might as well make my own mockup & at least it wouldn't blend in with everyone else's.
My fear is that someone would click on my mockup, go to the product page, see that the other thumbnails look like crap (which one is correct? – I don't see them going into the design tool to check the art), get nervous, & then leave.
So it would really be great if Zazzle could fix this.

Love the new insitus and the frame options! I would also like to suggest that some attractive insitus be added to the Gallery Wraps as well. They don't have any at all.

I appreciate a new idea for the wrapped canvas. I would like to see an additional insitu overhead close-up image showing the separation of frame to canvas. Thanks.

Also, is this like the poster frames where we get nothing extra in terms of $$$ if a customer adds a frame when purchasing our canvas?
