I was excited, thinking these would be glass and have multiple designed discs that clink together. The video showed me that there is only the one "sail" that is for the design. and it hits against the pipes.

This is an okay product. I will probably make a few.

I'm guessing the sail is made from similar aluminum blank as the Keychains.

 All wind chimes have disappeared from the back end of my stores

Glad to see I'm not the only one dealing with this product disappearing from the back end of my store.

Hopefully it's resolved quickly, I'd love to share & promote these.

When I go into my store listings, I see the windchimes pictured as newest products. When I click on the image, I get the product page where I can promote the windchimes.

Unfortunately that is not the same experience for many other designers. For whatever reason, the products vanished from the back end.

Just created one (2 min. ago) Not in saved designs, or in the store. Will wait to see when/if it turns up. I have the product # so it should eventually show.

I've created a couple more since they disappeared and they did the same thing. They show up in google history, but they're not in the back end of my store.

Mine still is not showing up in my backend as a new product, since yesterday morning.

All of mine disappeared yesterday as well. I can find them by searching my google history so they're still "there",  just hidden from the back end.

There is a visual issue happening right now that we're aware of and looking into. Hopefully we can fix soon. Apologies for the concern and inconvenience.

In addition to them not showing up in the back end of my store. I added some cover images to about 4 or 5 of them yesterday and they have disappeared from the MP. They were in the MP and now they are gone.

Mine, posted 10/3, is showing up today (not able to check yesterday). AND ... it has 4 views!!!

Wind chimes don't allow overriding of the automatic product name being added. Same was true of the wallpaper previously, which is still like that.

The preview images have the same issue that I've noted on a lot of the recent products. If you fail to choose a background color and just leave it blank for a white background, you get a gray outline around the text and images in the previews. 

These two designs are exactly the same except the first one has a white background and the second is left blank.

I'm not sure if this is a bug or if it's by design, but just wanted to post a heads up for designers that if your previews look "off" this might be the reason!

Hi James,

These are the PIDs of the products which disappeared from the MP after adding cover photos. Can you please help get them back in there? I am a little scared to add more cover photos to other ones if this is a problem.

Thanks James, Yes they are there now! Is that just an indexing thing then? And I can expect such a delay when adding cover photos?
