I checked, but I didn't see a post about this yet. I only see this on Chrome right now, but after the customer replaces an "image template or placeholder image" on the product page, they are able to adjust the image, without going into the design area. They can zoom in and out and move the image. We can also adjust the image, without going into the design area. Thank you Zazzle.

Here is the announcement about it, https://community.zazzle.com/t5/creator-news/image-adjust-mode-for-customers/ba-p/114565
There could be an issue with it. I did a test on one of my products this morning and the adjust image did not appear. I tried it on chrome and it didn't work, but it did work in Firefox and Waterfox.

Thanks. It's interesting that it appears in some browsers and not others, it leads me to believe it's still in the A/B test. I appreciate your checking. It would be nice if Zazzle would chime in to give an official answer.

Is this still in testing mode? It's very inconsistent whether it shows up or not, and some products have it for some images but not all of them. If this is fully rolled out, is there something we have to do to turn it on?

I think Zazzle has taken away the ability for creators to use the adjust image, when logged in. The adjust image will appear when creators are logged out. I'm not sure why Zazzle did this and I really wish they would bring it back, when we're logged in. I liked the ability to change the image and adjust it and see the change right on the product, without going into the design area and it saved so much time.

This is not in testing. It's available to all.
It's important to remember that this feature only applies to image templates set to "fill." It's also best to test this in an incognito window, or while logged out. Creators have a different view of the product than other users will.
If you believe that you're seeing a bug here then please let us know in the Technical forum. Link us to the product in this existing discussion thread: https://community.zazzle.com/t5/technical-issues/photo-quot-adjust-quot-has-disappeared/m-p/118055

Do creators have the ability to use the adjust image, while logged into their account? This is very confusing, because when it first became available, I could replace an image and use the adjust image, that was set to "fill", while logged in. Now I can no longer do that, is that what you mean by, "Creators have a different view of the product than other users will."

Ahhh, I see it now! The customer actually has to change the image first, and THEN the Adjust button shows up! Thank you for directing me to that other thread!

Creators no longer have the ability to use the adjust image, while logged it, on our own products.
