I custom edited a card for a customer and they approved it. It's been 2 weeks since and they haven't purchased them, How do I inquire if they still plan to or have changed their mind, not wanting to pressure them but not wanting to lose a sale either.

Perhaps just verify with them that they received the link you sent since you haven't heard from them and was concerned. Worth a try -- sometimes they just get busy.

If you were communicating with them thru chat, send them a chat message and ask politely if they need any assistance in finalizing their purchase?

The above suggestions are perfect, just follow up and ask if they have any changes or questions. But in my experience only 50% actually make a purchase after I customize for them. Some will ask a lot of questions too! Many never respond. Some never respond and then buy it later. So it's hit or miss! 🙂 Good luck!

I've customized many products / designs for people who engaged with me through the Chat feature. Only 1 has ever actually purchased a product with the customized design. That may have been a greeting card? So I do not engage with people who use Chat. I have added my email on my "Not Available for Chat" message and even the ones who pursue me to that extent often do not actually purchase a product.
I think the answer here is that people know their own minds - If they didn't buy it, they decided NOT TO BUY IT.
