There is a major difference between copyright and trademark. I hope this simplifies it…Think of it this way…copyright is the right to copy an image. Proves ownership of the image. If you create a painting of your cow, then that is where copyright starts.
With trademark, Your mark is your brand,say for a bad example it is cows r not meat. So trademark is the mark used by an entity to “mark” their trade item. You “brand” your cow, ouchies, and that becomes your mark of trade to identify ownership of your product, the cow, a moooving explanation, I hope.
